They were trying to cash in on the coronavirus pandemic as the ancouver couple bought the boxes of wipes only to resell of up to FOUR TIMES its regular price for 64.50 when it normally sells for 14.50 They got the idea of price gouging scheme while preparing for the outbreak themselves and thought "We could buy all of this and make a lot of money. It's a big opportunity with all these products. I've got to pay the bills. With a regular job, i won't be making this money..i know it won't last forever. Everything we do,we're in the moment. We're HUSTLERS" They used a truck to travel the ara and bought EVERYTHING they could and stocked up on wipes and hand sanitizer They said one costco threatened to limit how much they could purchase but the wife made a fuss saying it was "not fair" because other people were ripping others off by boosting prices, so why couldn't they? However amazon just banned their account after one review sasid "Seller cancelled my order the day before delivery only to put it back up and jacked up the price" But Ranga said "it's nothing personal, it's just business. The liberal government isn't helping me pay my bills. Kids can't go to school, my kids go to a private school. I pay 20,000 a year on private school and they're not returning it.You know what's making money? The shipping companies. She said she heard a woman in a car Sobbing UNCONTROLLABLY to her pleading with her to help them buy groceries as she and her husband were afraid to to go inside the store as Rebecca became emotional when she heard their plea and went in to buy them their roceries. It happened in Bend, Oregon as the elderly 80 something year olds were outside a Safeway and yelled for people to help as people ignored their cries for help and Rebecca walked over to hear her cries as the woman explained in tears that they were afraid to go in because of the coronavirus and no one would help them. They were afraid to get sick because they were in their 80s affecting older people disproportionately and they don't have anyone to help them. She gave her a 100 dollar bill and asked if she could get them groceries which she did that had basic necessities including toilet paper where Rebecca described was a MADHOUSE in there. There was nothing in the cleaning section including hand soap nor toilet paper. She only bought groceries for her and placed it in her trunk and gave back the change as she waited 45 MINUTES until someone came to help She said "I know it's a time of hysteria and nerves but offer to help anyone you can. Not everyone has people to turn to. I did feel a sense of confusion and nerves in the store but also a sense of..we're all in this. We all have to take care of eachother. It was the first time i thought about how much this is really affecting my community. It hurts to see people ignore people who need help and people turning their backs on others." She's hoping this will inspire others to help people, especially elderly people who at most risk because they need them at a time of crisis. Over 11 million people have read her story and were touched by what she did Rebecca is a professional runner and works part time as an assistant to Democrat Bend Mayor, Sally Russell. The chain has now FIRED that manager for kow towing to the racist customer but Amira says after they were fired, they were still being harrassed by their co-workers who were making derogatory comments for blowing the whistle Her Lawyers from Danks and Danks said "After Amira spoke up about being discriminated against by an Olive Garden customer, she has been harassed by and retaliated against by her co-workers and superiors. They have no problem increasing their military budget to astronomical levels but how often does America go to war compared to millions of people who are in need of healthcare but can't afford it? Why does the military get to have an unlimited amount of green? They also have no problem giving money to charities and poor countries but why so stingy when it comes to their own people? Why do they feel their own people should not get access to healthcare?
