She was smacked right in the FACE when the deer's hooves hit her and she was sent to hospital for a concussion.

It happened at Eagle Point High School when students were walking outside during a fire drill and 2 deer were spotted..one of them was scared by the alarms and violently collided with Josie

Her face was left bloodied and with a bloody mark above her right eyebrow and bloody bruises along her nose and upper lip. She was unconscious from the blow for 30 seconds..

Josie doesn't remember being hit as she said "Well we were having a fire drill during school hours, i made it halfway out there and next thing i know i was on the ground, i don't remember, i never saw any deer. I think i got hit in the face with a hoof".

Videos of the aftermath of the deer was taken revealing the deer was struggling on the ground, lying sideways while frantically trying to get up as staff believe the legs must have been injured in the crash

It appeared on the student paper "The Pawprint" and addressed how these powerful images open up dialogue on important issues but parents are FURIOUS over the political imagery.

One of the pictures was in reference to Trayvon Martin who bought candy on the day he was shot and killed by racist George Zimmerman

One parent said "I don't want my son seeing an officer with a KKK hood on pointing a gun at a child's face. These kids are so impressionable they take these things at face value, they don't realize this is just an artist"

Some students questioned the title that said "Artist and Activist" as one unnamed student said "Everyone has the right to their own opinion at the end of the day, but i feel like in school it should be a place where we don't have to talk about politics"

Jacqueline DeMonaco Bradly says "My son is beyond excited to become a bearcat next year, but this makes me wonder if we made the right choice".

17 y/o Texas Hooligan, Chase Skow viciously STABBED his 15 y/o Friend TWENTY TWO times at her house..and she SURVIVED!!

He was taken into custody from Devine High School following a 4 hour manhunt as he tried to blend in with the school crowd to avoid suspicion.

He faces one count of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon after he stabbed Sydney Bogan in her backyard before 1pm.

She was airlifted to a University Hospital and was treated for the 22 knife wounds and a collapsed lung as she is expected to rcover.

A neighbor said she saw the teen run across her heard and so she SICCED her dog on him and called 911

Officers spent 4 hours trying to fin the teen and spotted him at the baseball field..

Sheriff Bron said "He just walked up and was trying to blend in, sitting on the bleachers"

There is no word on the motive on the attack but he was arrested a few years ago for assaulting a TEACHER as well..

1 y/o Peanut was found hardly moving on the sidewalk when animal control got reports that she'd been lying there for 2 days.

It was found outside of a house known for drug use as residents said kids had given it drugs where she was taken to Faithful Friends Animal Society...

The dog had cocaine and THC in her system as fluids and blood work were started immediately as staff tried to save the pup.

Although her tremors haven't subsided, she's now able to stand, walk, eat and drink as a video was posted showing her strutting down a hallway

Peanut is now adopted and renamed Suzi as she will continue needing medical care. A donation fund has been started at healingtouchfund.org

21 y/o Liar, Michael Laurence Campbell from Minnesota was found GUILTY of killing his 20 y/o girlfriend, Ria Patel after he was DRUNK and crashed his car and abandoned her body as he tried to BLAME HER for it because he said he got distracted from her "passionate kissing" and then started to give him ORAL SEX while he was behind the wheel!!

He was found guilty by jury of 3 counts of criminal vehicular homicide as he testified during the September 17th crash that his girlfriend "suddenly grabbed his face while he was driving and gave him a passionate kiss and then started to go down on him" that caused him to crash.

Despite his failed attempts to convince the jury, they found him guilty, one for the crash and the other for fleeing as they did not take long to deliberate on his fake story

Attorney Mike Freeman said "Mr. Campbell was probably drunk, he smashed into a pole going 65 miles per hour in a 30 mile per hour zone and he ran away. Then he tried to deflect responsibility for his actions by claiming Ms. Patel was responsible for her own death by kissing him. He also put her family through more distress by pretending that she was still alive"

However those claims were DEBUNKED as she suffered numerous injures to her head and face and he had NONE. If that was true, he would have suffered injuries as well.

The horror crash took place on September 17th after they left a party as he had been drinking and crashed into a light post at 3:50am. He drove into a pole with such force that the light fell and crashed on top of the passenger side causing the roof to cave in on top of Ria

A witness said he fled the scene to a Mcdonalds but then came back frantically looking for his cell phone and then left again.

Party goers said he was "super drunk" and left with his girlfriend that night

He was a junior at University of St. Thomas and was identified by police after finding his wallet in the car. He apparently ran 3 MILES back to his home and locked the door to his room and stayed there for hours..then went to his parent's house and stayed there before he was arrested...

The prosecutor will seek a 4-5 year prison sentence

21 y/o Liar, Michael Laurence Campbell from Minnesota was found GUILTY of killing his 20 y/o girlfriend, Ria Patel after he was DRUNK and crashed his car and abandoned her body as he tried to BLAME HER for it because he said he got distracted from her "passionate kissing" and then started to give him ORAL SEX while he was behind the wheel!!

He was found guilty by jury of 3 counts of criminal vehicular homicide as he testified during the September 17th crash that his girlfriend "suddenly grabbed his face while he was driving and gave him a passionate kiss and then started to go down on him" that caused him to crash.

Despite his failed attempts to convince the jury, they found him guilty, one for the crash and the other for fleeing as they did not take long to deliberate on his fake story

Attorney Mike Freeman said "Mr. Campbell was probably drunk, he smashed into a pole going 65 miles per hour in a 30 mile per hour zone and he ran away. Then he tried to deflect responsibility for his actions by claiming Ms. Patel was responsible for her own death by kissing him. He also put her family through more distress by pretending that she was still alive"

However those claims were DEBUNKED as she suffered numerous injures to her head and face and he had NONE. If that was true, he would have suffered injuries as well.

The horror crash took place on September 17th after they left a party as he had been drinking and crashed into a light post at 3:50am. He drove into a pole with such force that the light fell and crashed on top of the passenger side causing the roof to cave in on top of Ria

A witness said he fled the scene to a Mcdonalds but then came back frantically looking for his cell phone and then left again.

Party goers said he was "super drunk" and left with his girlfriend that night.

He was a junior at University of St. Thomas and was identified by police after finding his wallet in the car. He apparently ran 3 MILES back to his home and locked the door to his room and stayed there for hours..then went to his parent's house and stayed there before he was arrested.

The prosecutor will seek a 4-5 year prison sentence
