| mnk 04/26/24 12:51:47 PM #5 | Switch 2 will be out 5 years after the last Animal Crossing, so even if it's not out right at launch, I think there's a good chance of the next one being out in the first year (it was 7.5 years between prior releases, so admittedly that would be fast). Then if Nintendo is smart and learned from how they handled New Horizons, they'll keep staff working on it to continue support for years.

Also I now know that the Focusing Armband is probably not worth using. It increases the RNG range of how much an attack can damage, but it does so in both directions... so at the end of the day it presumably averages out to be the same exact damage as not wearing it. --- Change is weird. |

They also say they're working on improving Switch performance, but so far they haven't acknowledged the PS5 version only running at 1080p. --- Change is weird. |

Similar to Finneon, I'm not sure why people hate Sunflora so much. It's just a happy sunflower. Battle prowess aside, it's not like "it's just a flower" Pokemon were overkill by Gen II. Yeah, that movepool was awful, but at least it wasn't "all you get is Tackle until all the way to 44 when you learn... Mega Drain" like Jumpluff! --- Change is weird. |
