That doesn't necessarily mean there was collusion though. There might have been, but it's not a for sure thing.

It's obvious why Russia wanted Trump elected.

And the shit Trump is pulling now with tariffs on Canada and European countries... he said from day one he was going to do that. And that was exactly what Russia wanted.

Putin has said many times that he mourns the loss of the Soviet Union. It's not necessarily communism that he misses, but the imperialistic power that the Soviet Union had over so many countries like Ukraine, or the baltics.

Ukraine tries to gain its strength by being as economically independent from Russia as possible. And one way Ukraine does this is by trying to maximize trade with Europe over trade with Russia (at least, when they don't have a pro-russian party in power).

Russia knew that Trump would weaken Europe, and that this would in turn make the former soviet republics more dependent on Russia.

That is why Putin did everything he could to have Trump elected.

You forgot the part where all that makes liberals mad, so conservatives are falling over themselves to support Trump in doing all he can to weaken American influence on Europe.

There's always threads about what are deal breakers to you, and it's shocking how many women say they couldn't be with an uncircumsized guy.
