IIRC the trick is to throw literally all your money on all three characters into the stock, then do the mission, then sell the stock Should be able to get shitload off of just a handful of missions. But as mentioned earlier there's not really much to do with the money, they don't even add all the cool stuff Online gets into the single player for some reason.
