| davidponte 12/08/17 10:52:23 AM #59 | The thing with dungeon run, though, is that I don't care if I'm getting screwed by RNG or bullshit play by the AI because it's actually really fun to play. There's been multiple times where I've lost and just laughed because I want to keep playing and try again. I've played 4-5 runs with some classes and my deck has been completely different every single time. I played Hearthstone for nearly 10 hours yesterday, and other than 3-4 games of standard, it was all dungeon run, and I went to bed thinking about how I couldn't wait to play more. I went all buff the entire way through and ended up with 3 Tirions that never seen play because I got offered permanent stealth halfway through. I've been hearing how great the series is from Board 8 for nearly a decade at this point, so the trilogy was one of the first things I bought when I got my 3DS nearly two years ago. I really like the concept of the game, but I don't think I like playing it very much. Maybe it's the genre that just isn't for me, but I found myself dreading having to go through the puzzle aspects and the evidence gathering in order to get to the story dumps and trial aspects, which I found a lot of fun. It took me nearly two years to finally get through this because I kept getting burnt out from playing it. I recognize how good it is, but I just don't think it's very fun.
