set up water and ice at the gates, throw in an electro or fire and use the aoe buff and watch monsters melt.

throw mines down as safety nets, or just stand on a spot and throw them down after every ignite.

I did all the level 6 achievements in 2 gos.

if youre lucky you may get the mystic buff that any monster in the points buff totem receives +150% damage. GG at that point.

If the landlord was also the builder, then of course they should be compensated for their labor. No one is arguing otherwise. The issue is that landlords don't provide a service - they charge money for owning something. As such they are leeches.
Similarly, a landlord who is performing custodial duties should be paid for the service they provide. Owning something is not providing a service. Demanding payment because you own control means of shelter (a basic human right) is exploitative.

OK, so lets say we give housing to individuals for free.

first, from where? The government? No thanks.
they have no incentive to keep up with the property and the amount theyd have to maintain. States like NY can barely run their cities. Forget about housing - and whatever public housing they do create good luck getting into.

second, ok the government steps in and gives you housing. What of utilities? Gas, water, electric? The house is one piece of the puzzle, what about the things needed to make it a hospitable environment? Government again? Now you have to contract out to utility companies.

third, maintenance. The government would have to give contracts out to contractors for repairs. And guess what? Those contracts will be bloated bureaucratic messes. Ive been/worked in NYC public housing and its absolutely filthy and decrepit. And all the residents say they have to wait on repairmen because the supervisor in charge of maintenance has to get approval first.

giving everyone housing for free sounds great, then you actually break down everything else that goes along with it.

one thing Ill say is that slumlords need to be held to the highest degree of law for being pieces of shit. Good landlords exist.

what if the landlord was a contractor and built it himself?

what if he bought the land, built the home and decided to rent it out to someone who wanted to rent because they didnt want to deal with home ownership of a house?

My life hasnt totally been turned upside down - Ive been working since last may. So my day to day hasnt been all that different.

So, when we get the opportunity to get a free character, my options are:

get xiangling to c4
get beidou to c4
get ninguangg to c1
get xingqui to c6
or get Dunham/Chongyan in general.

my xiangling is 70/70, beidou is 40/40, ninguangg is 50/50 and xingqui is 20/40.

my main carries are keqing 90/90 with 90/90 black sword, Xiao 80/80 with 90/90 jade spear and Ganyu 80/80 with 80/80 sharpshooters oath (shes going to be getting the Viridescent Hunt bow this BP).

im edging towards xingqui to get that first c6. I would then get him
to 70/70 and probably plug him into an abyss team with keqing or Xiao.

does that seem like the best move?

ninguangg c1 really interests me cause I dont have any good geo dps or support.

My buddy is Panamanian, hes in Panama right now.

hes staying at a resort that only costs 200 a night which would be closer to 800 a night here, says US money would get him something on the beach and would cost millions here for a few hundred thousand when he retires.

hospitals there are fine for general practice and basic needs, medicine is cheap. Would only come back to see a specialist if he had to.

Anything outside of the city would be fantastic, especially if it's only like 10-20 minute commute (unless using public transpo that might take a little longer / shorter depending on if it's buses or trains). If I ever end up living near a big city that's what I plan on doing.

I lived in Staten Island and the ferry plus train commute would be an hour minimum.

An express bus would take 1:30 on average from mid town.

Staten Island is like 17 miles from Manhattan, so take that with what you will.

Hyrule Castle was close to what most people would want in the sequel.

unless they plan on going back to actual dungeons in BotW2 then it wouldnt be pointless to remake OoT using current gen technology.

additional content would be welcome. I dont think they need to do so much with over world as long as its detailed.

having a world like BotW would be barren and empty.

at the time the game was released it was great, given the technology we have they dont need to totally change the game. Better shading, lighting and textures maintaining the game with some additional content would be very welcome imo.
