God or not, if you believe in free will it has to interact with the physical world at some point - it has to effect the electrons in the brain to change the sequence of events in the body from "throw the rock through the window" to "drop thr rock on the grass" (a free choice, conventionally). 2013. November 2013. Whwn I moved out of my own 1 bedroom flat. I moved in start of 2011 when I began my PhD and moved out to move into a new place with my gf. Now she is my wife, we bought a house (after the new flat) and just had a screaming baby.

What I wouldn't give to go back to October 2013 and just stay there.........

Nope. We were just much more a Mega Drive/Commodore 64 country. As such we werent raised by our SNES or N64 and dont have nostalgia blinkers for everything 'ninty

Still loved BOTW of course, but because it is a great game, not cause I think Link is great 'character' or I am loyal to the Zelda series.

Because it's a Zelda game and, according to it most hardcore (read insane) acolytes, changing anything is heresy, even, hell especially, if its for the better. They have decided what a 3D Zelda game should be (OOT) and they just want that again ad nauseum.

It's great, but not the GOAT.

Sidebar, people complaining it has no story and then saying OOT is the best game?! First of all, you'll need industrial lifting equipment to get off all those rose tinited glasses and, second, how does OOT have a good story?! Good game, sure, but the story is barely worth a mention. Time travel is neat, but that's it.

Sidesidebar, Link is not a good character. He is a blank avatar, he has no character. Except maybe in WW.

Look, I voted Witcher as well, but at least it's a really good game that's going to win. Imagine BOTW hadnt been released in.the last decade - Smash Brothers would win. And that would be.... laughable is not strong enough a word. At least in this case the Nintendo fanboy energy is directed at something worthy

I picked Witcher, but thats only cause Im in the UK and could only do a fun bracket so I picked the ones I liked. I had BOTW knocked out by Mass Effect 2, Smash by Tekken 7 and Rayman in the semis. Quite fun without worrying about rank

Well, we had our first (on only) baby right on lock down day in the UK (23rd march), which is just shocking timing to say the least. Plus I am working from home (or trying to). So everything is much worse. On the plus side I do a 6 mile walk with baby every day while listening to yahtzees Lets Drown Out on youtube
