no. I don't think I have even ever encountered someone like that online. I know they exist though. personally I think it's more likely that we DID go there but that NASA didn't tell us the full truth of what happened up there. or what they found. I heard there was a period during the moon walk where the broadcast cuts off for like 10 minutes or something. and people wonder what happened during those 10 minutes. like maybe they checked on an artifact or collected it while nobody was looking. something that was the real reason they went to the moon, to get

yea kinda. I mean it's a theory of mine. I wouldn't say I 100% believe that's what happened. but I wonder about it and think that could be what happened. or maybe I just hope it happened. cause it would be cool.

I'll never believe that flat earthers are for real. they just.....can't be serious. it makes no sense. the earth is not flat. we KNOW it's not. I've never met a flat earther but if I ever do I want to ask them how do they explain the different time zones. if the earth was flat, there would just be one time zone on the entire planet

The main reason flat earthers exist is so that they have a group to belong to and going against the grain makes them feel like they're smarter than everyone else.

It might be the greatest engineering feat for the available technology of the time. But I think weve done more since then. Consider the landing of the Curiosity rover on Mars. Beyond the act of simply launching the rocket and getting it to Mars, the rover had multiple stages that all had to be executed properly with zero live human control. It was 100% executed through computer programming, and it was successful.

The feed was cut off for 2.5 mins, its really not hard to imagine that there was a simple break in transmission. Theyre in frickin outer space

What was that TV show with the dude who was on a TV show? The Truman show? Yeah.......I mean, if you are on such a show...then the world could totally be flat, there could be no moon, there could be no stars, it's all made up for you, as an illusion for the show that an audience is watching.

The Audience could be humans (more advanced then what you see in your show), Aliens (we are just entertainment to them) or even gods.

We don't know. Is it likely that this is all an illusion? Nope.

But it's possible.

So there is a possibility that the earth is indeed flat. That it's balanced on a the backs of 4 elephants who are standing on a giant turtle, and that there is literally no place like home, because home itself, doesn't exist.

Then they say you can see proof that we landed on the moon. You can see the flag.

But then you check for pictures of it and all you see is a small tiny shadow in a sea of shadows. And thats supposed to be it.

All I will say is... that I rather be labeled a conspiracy nut for being skeptical than being a sucker for falling for a trick.

And... just think about it. We made it to the moon... in the 60s. We invent the car, and then 80 years later we are on the moon. Travelled 238,900 miles... in a tin can... to the moon... where any miscalculation would send them way off course... in the 1960s.

Yes, and he was quite entertaining. Not only was the moon landing fake, but aliens were the reason they couldn't go for real.

He also claimed to be an expert on Bigfoot. Said Sasquatches train beavers to build dams and that they're actually aquatic mammals like otters. They live inside the beaver dams and eat trees. The reason they vanish without a trace is because they found water and no one thinks to check for a submersed ape.

well that actually leads to another conspiracy theory that states that we are actually like star trek we just don't know it. the idea is that NASA is just the public fake face of the space program and the REAL space program is already all over the galaxy with faster than light travel, exploring other solar systems and planets and even interacting with aliens on the galactic political stage

I'm pretty sure my neighbor is a paranoid schizo and she believes in a number of conspiracy theories including the moon landing hoax. She also believes our other neighbor is spying on us. I don't have the nerve to ask her how she knows I'm not spying on her as well.

There was a time when I seriously questioned it myself, specifically because of that documentary that aired on FOX a long time ago. But since every single argument against the moon landing(s) has been thoroughly shot down I don't see any reason to even doubt it anymore.

IIRC, I think they said they light up certain areas more than others or something like that. I remember seeing a little about them on a YouTube video... But I dont know much about whatever world they seem to live in...

I believe it happened, it's just so surreal to look at the big glowy ball in the night sky and think it's possible to fly there and touch it.
