Varies by district. So schools near each other could have different cut off dates.

This basically only applies to kindergarten though. Schools can also have a cut off date for kindergarten but allow a student to enroll early if they are able to pass a test showing they are mentally ready to start.

Curiosity got the better of me. I signed up for a month of Tinder Gold. Partly because I am going to be traveling to a big city more in the summer and want unlimited likes, but also to see who has already liked me.

Went out with a girl. It was okay. We just played pool and talked. She wasn't as cute as her pictures but still attractive. She has a 14 year old daughter which is very foreign territory for me. I'm not really sure if I want to go out with her again or not.
