pick air, cause that will show you if you can pick any up without an antenna

like you might be able to get 1 or 2 channels without an antenna, but adding an antenna will allow you to pick up way more (assuming you live close to towers)

I used to like running when it was hot out but lately is it destroying me.

On Friday it was 90 out. I only made it like 3.25 miles before I had to stop cause I felt like I might pass out.

Yesterday I waited till after it rained, and it was dusk. It was still like 80 out but that change in temperature and the lack of blaring sun made a huge difference. I ran for a full hour and covered 6.5 miles.

My goal is to run down every street in my tow. Last night I covered everything in the SW, today I am gonna focus on the NW part.

Be warned, the reason I never finished it is because I got lost with no clue whatsoever where I was supposed to go or what I was supposed to be doing. So you'll be doing that a lot.

I never really thought about it until I was running today and ran past like 2 I never knew existed before.

I dunno the exact numbers here but we opened a new branch at work so once in a while I have to visit the branches and have been experimenting on finding the best route, they are basically all roads out in the middle of the country, and Ive come across a bunch of random little churches just sitting there alone surrounded by fields. Just seems weird enough people would even know about them to keep them going.

Yeah there are a lot of those around me, though not technically in my city.

It's weird driving down a country road, with nothing around, then all of a sudden a church.
I guess it probably made more sense before people had cars.

40 minutes, I wasn't really pushing myself speedwise or even worrying about distance, just running for a certain amount of time really.

Some days I set a time goal, some days a distance goal, some days a speed goal.
