Yes, of course it does. There's a realistic amount based on age and anything above that and you're dealing with either a slut, or someone who can't handle being alone so they jump from relationship to relationship like three times a year. No thanks to either.

Anyway, converting to Judaism (at least for the purpose of moving to Israel) isn't as simple as saying you're Jewish tbh. You have to work with a rabbi to convert, and they would be able to tell if you were serious or not.
