I know it's able to automatically sub in bots if somebody disconnects. Maybe that feature includes adding bots if you can't find players. I dunno.

Personally, I was okay with the controls. They were a bit clunky, and I know they were abysmal for lefties, but I managed to get used to them. Fantastic game under that.

Well at least he is mending his ways, I don't have much sympathy for drunk drivers. Drunk drivers play a very dangerous game when they choose to drive while drunk and they are putting lives at risk.

As much as I'm inclined to agree, he does seem to have pretty thoroughly repented if he's advocating against drunk driving now. To that end, I can feel some sympathy for him, even though he absolutely had it coming.

You could always start substituting nut flours for part of the wheat flour you use. That can take some finagling and isn't always an option (since wheat flour tends to be included in recipes because it has physical properties that other flours don't), but something like almond flour has significantly more calories than wheat flour (600/cup, compared to 364), and those calories are pretty well balanced between fats, proteins, and carbs.

It's pretty strongly implied by the fact that it's a question in the first place that he's talking about recent releases, since it's not remotely difficult to find unused copies of older games on sale, and the Best Buy and Amazon programs he's talking about are specifically for new releases.

Depends on how the home is arranged, but it is indeed pretty easy to add a second TV if needed. If this is a rare problem, though, and one that's so easily solved because this is exactly the sort of situation the Switch is designed to solve (well, more the WiiU, but the Switch has carried that on), it may not be worth the money.

Pretty much. We evolved to be attracted to stuff that would give us more calories, because it was the best way to avoid starving (this actually explains our affinity for alcohol, too, since fermenting fruits have a lot of simpler sugars that provide quick, easy energy), but then we developed past that point but haven't evolved out of those tastes because there's been no reason to. So cuisine has developed based on those tastes and we're left to intellectually decide how to fill our nutritional needs, rather than relying on tastes or instincts.

Pretty much. In all honesty, that format makes a lot more sense than having formal walkthrough documents. Most of the time, when people use a guide for something, it's to look up something specific. You don't need a full guide for that, you just need the ability to learn about that specific thing, which a wiki page is generally more effective for. Failing that, pretty much every game popular enough to ever have guides made also has enough forum communities (at the very least, GameFAQs and Reddit) to be able to search for somebody asking a similar question, or to ask it yourself as a last resort. Plus youtube can be a help in some cases.

Basically, guides are just obsolete now. It's nothing to do with there not being intelligent people capable of writing a decent guide, it's that nobody really cares anymore because community-made wikis are more efficient.

That seems really easy to loophole. Give him the system, but shut off power to the only outlets in his cell, or don't give him an HDMI cord, or don't give him a TV, or don't give him games. Seems like a reasonable deal to me.

I've got it on PC already, though I haven't played it yet. If I wanted it portable, the Switch release would suffice. A 3DS release wouldn't be bad, but I can also understand that there isn't much drive for one.

When Sears Canada closed down, there were a number of stories of people finding that sale items had new, higher price stickers placed over the old ones so that the alleged discount just brought the price back down to what it was originally. It wouldn't surprise me at all if they inflated their mattress prices a bit before applying that 50% discount.

Pretty much. The characters were indeed pretty one-dimensional and forgettable, but for a one-shot spinoff story about people who never get mentioned again in the series, I feel that's fine. Realistically, no other single Star Wars movie does all that much to flesh out its characters anyway, with most of the development happening on a series scale. As a movie about wacky space adventures and laser battles? It's excellent, and easily some of the best the series has to offer, and I loved that about it.

I also appreciated Rogue One because it took some elements from the Original Trilogy and made them more intimidating by giving them a modern look.

I especially liked Vader's appearance on the ship at the end. That's possibly the most intimidating he's ever looked, and the scene beautifully conveyed the fact that everyone on board was ****ed without being flashy or overdramatic (see: most of the PT) about it.

There were some good sales to be had then, though there were numerous stories of people discovering that products had new price stickers placed over the old ones that were (e.g.) 25% higher, meaning that 20% discount didn't actually amount to anything. Somehow, they also still had enough money to give sizable bonuses to all of the executives that had run the company into the ground for doing such a good job of it.

They start looking at the privacy agreement at around 1:07, and it only lasts for about 2 minutes. It does indeed sound pretty unreasonable, especially considering that you won't be seeing this agreement until after you've already purchased the game. I have to wonder if "I didn't agree to the privacy agreement" is going to be accepted as a reason for returning games, since otherwise, I really don't think that should be legal.

Exactly. It's not typically a term used to describe a perfectly innocuous gathering of people. It usually describes some degree of passion behind their gathering (i.e. "the crowd mobbed the ticket stand"), which isn't necessarily bad, but in this context the implication is definitely that that passion is an angry one.

Pretty much everything I'd suggest has been covered already. I'll third W101 because it's generally underappreciated, and mention Xenoblade X again because it's a really solid time, but I think everything's been covered.

Actually, on the digital side, I can suggest Fast Racing Neo if you're in the market for something like F-Zero. It's a pretty good time, even if the rubberbanding is some of the worst I've ever seen.
