I suppose that's true. I think it's never been much of an issue for me because I usually always try and run the same team so everyone's got what materia I need. If I was running every party member and swapping everyone in and out a bunch, it'd save on a lot of time not having to worry about each team having the right spells.

Is it a big deal? I really don't like the elemental attacks.

New Game Plus I'm fairly certain you can craft parties without Cloud in them, but yeaaaah.

Why did they have to ruin Moogles so badly. It's weird because the Chocobos are bang on and look flippin adorable.

Yuffies grown on me over the time Ive had her, but also I think I have a remarkable ability to grow attached to any party member in a game after a while. I thought Hope was alright.

(exception being Vaan and Penelo who are forever jabronis sucking screentime away from the cool guys)

but hey, Yuffies ninja partner just got killed by Shinra, and shes all by herself in a foreign land controlled by his murderers. And shes basically a kid. Cut her some slack.

I just wish there was more to her other than. I WANT THE MATERIA EHEHEHE, I'm so sneaky I'll get the materia from them!

How does Nidoran M make a top list, but not Nidoran F? And you can't say the whiskers ruin it when Rattata is also in the top.

Nidoran M looks more mischievous. I like that. I also like that he's more spikey and pointy than F, who is more rounded.

I like spikey things, as evidenced that I like Jolteon and Zapdos a lot.

Oh and Zigzagoon too, look at that.

Oh don't worry, Junpei will become annoying later.

Oh I forgot Mew. Mew is way up there for me as well, and is also very popular.

Roughly my top 20 (not ordered) of Gen 1. And I know a good portion of them are pretty popular. Other than a couple outliers like Paras and Nidoran M.

When War killed 2 of my favs back to back I was a little cry. But he couldn't kill all of them, HAH!

As someone who hadn't played through Persona 3, I can tell you for a fact I would have had zero interest in Reload if I had already beaten the game previously, especially for a game that's story/character focused.

Why spend 90 bucks to see the exact same story with just better graphics? Might as well just watch a playthrough on youtube then?

Finished game. Clocked in at 50 hours and 4 minutes.

Absolutely incredible experience. Ending is bonkers just like Remake's was and I expect absolutely everyone to hate it. But as someone who didn't hate Remake's ending, it was quite fun, especially the last few scenes. Now gotta wait 4 years for next part. I'll at least get to have my fun playing Red and Cait a ton until then =p

It took me a bit to get used to it but now I like it. Cosmo Canyon in general was an incredible chapter. Loved every moment of it.

As someone who is nearly at the end of the game. It has been worth every penny. Absolutely incredible experience. Easily a top 3 game of all time for me. Seriously wowie wow wow.

I also cannot believe how fucking good the music is in this game. It's actually incredible.

Dude, it's a 70 hour game if you mainline it. This is gonna be like 140 hours at your pace. :p

Also that. I'm in the last third of the game and I've been rushing through it the last 20 hours. I spent like 6+ hours in the grasslands and I'm like "uhhhh yeah I gotta speed this up"

To be honest though. As someone who ran the team of Koromaru + Yukari + Mitsuru pretty much the whole game (well, from when you get Koro)

Mitsuru is definitely at fault for the worst line in Tartarus.

Seen The Queen's Corgi like 5 times.

Absolutely does not deserve that rating. There's a few DEFINITELY questionable aspects to it that would make me understand people giving it a bad rating, but overall I much more enjoy it than the slop that Disney has been pushing out the last 5 years.

The animation and art style is charming / surprisingly good. I quite enjoy the main character, Rex, as well.

Birds definitely. Conductor is a great character (And Boss fight!) and the levels were fun! :)

Remake is awesome and Rebirth is going to be even better. Can't wait to play GotY 2024!
