Outrageous is finding out that Vince McMahon's illegitimate son is Hornswaggle. That's Russo-esque. That's going for broke. It's a refuge in audacity, which is something wrestling fans are used to, and can appreciate.
And then their attempt to patch everything up and move on is to have Hornswoggle be Finlay's son instead, and get a trashcan thrown at him.

Bonus Question Last time you cried over a sports loss?
UNC losing in round 2 of the NCAA Men's Basketball tournament in 1994. I was 8. Puke went on to the finals that same year, but thankfully lost to Arkansas.

13 - Kanji Tatsumi (Persona 4, Shadow Bombplex) (0-2) 22 - #25 Magus (Chrono Trigger, Ye Olde Squaresoft) (2-0)
18 - Sly Cooper (Sly Cooper, Game Jumping) (1-1) 15 - Kyle Hyde (Hotel Dusk, Nintendo Power) (0-2)
24 - Ezio Auditore da Firenze (Assassin's Creed II, Playstation All-Stars) (1-1) 10 - Alicia Melchiott (Valkryia Chronicles, Tales of Democracy, Ho!) (1-1)
18 - Recette Lemongrass (Recettear: An Item Shop's Tale, Tales of Democracy, Ho!) (1-1) 17 - N (Pokemon, Nintendo Power) (0-2)
Notable facts - Yu was beating Pikachu 10-1 at one point, only to have Pikachu go on a 19-7 run to pull off the win - With Tali's win, Mass Effect is only the second series in this contest where all characters have a win, the first being Metal Gear Solid (in terms of great amounts of characters in the contest) - Ezio performs well after being upset last week - Shadow Bombplex is 1-18 right now.

Bonus Question Biggest blowout loss in a game you were super hyped up for?
UNC/Kansas in the 2008 NCAA Men's Final Four. Had we won that, we would have steamrolled over Memphis in the finals and won back-to-back with our 09 title >_>

this is the ULTIMATE goosebumps moment in wrestling history
Guessed Eddie/Brock before clicking the link, wasn't disappointed. Eddie's title win over Brock Lesnar is one of my favorite moments in wrestling history. It was the ultimate **** you to Brock, who was considering leaving at the time, and Eddie had deserved a world title for a long time.
My favorite WCW Monday Nitro match ever: This was one for the ages, as two of Canada's finest wrestlers were paying a tribute to their brother and friend Owen, who had died in the same arena five months earlier. The crowd loved it, the viewers at home loved it, and the emotions were huge in this match. Easily my favorite match on Monday Nitro, and probably one of my 10 favorite WCW matches period.

Some people were pulling for the Heat because of MWC's ****storm. The end result is MWC no longer watching the NBA, claiming he already watches one scripted sport, no need to watch two.

Notable things... - Etna was beating Link by as many as 10 votes at one point - Shadow Bombplex gets on the board as Naoto beats Victor - After 7 days, Mass Effect has a record of 5-1!

And before last night, I was wondering what was going to win Wrestlecrap's ****er of the Year Award for 2012. I think it's narrowed down right now to the following if the year ended today
- Current TNA storyline with AJ/Dixie/Daniels/rehab girl - The recently wrapped up Cena/Laurinaitis saga - Or the Cena/Ryder/Eve/Kane fiasco at the beginning of the year

Jeff Hardy needs to wrestle 200 days a year to keep food on the table.
Jeff Hardy spends the money made from 150 of those days on drugs.
Also, one overlooked match in Shane McMahon's career is the ambulance match with Kane at Survivor Series 2003. Still not as good as his match with Kurt Angle, or his first match with Kane, but still a pretty solid watch.
Or at least it's tons better than the OTHER ambulance match Kane was in.

^5 Naye, best sports memory of all time for me. Running around my house shrieking that the Pens won the Cup with people at the store across the street from me wondering if I was on drugs and if they should call the police. Oh yes.
I did the same thing in my apartment and my girlfriend (now wife) was wondering what the hell was going on.

Most depressing or crushing loss in a sport you don't usually care about?
UNC losing the 2006 and 2007 College World Series to Oregon State.
From: Dr_Football | #027
Worst loss in a game or series you were 100% sure you were going to win?
Tie between... - Dallas vs. New York Giants in the 2007-08 playoffs. Cowboys finish off their best regular season ever and then lose their first game to the Giants, who eventually win the SuperBowl and - UNC vs. Duke in February of this year. We blow two double digit leads and the refs fail to notice Seth Curry traveling when he sinks one of Duke's major 3-pointers in the final two minutes of the game.

Back in the day, I always got psyched during Goldberg's entrance, whether he was fighting Hollywood Hogan for the first time, or Jerry Flynn for the 100th time.
Other entrances I enjoyed include...
- Edge after winning the WHC in 2007 (added pyro) - Any Undertaker entrance at WrestleMania - HHH's entrances at WM22 and WM27 - Sandman's before he joined WWECW in 2006
And two that were unique, yet not in the same category of awesomeness as those above - Goldust in widescreen format! - Glacier's entrance, even if Glacier himself was a joke

I remember talking to a Nintendo rep at work during the holiday season and she tried telling me that there wouldn't even be a second model. It took every bit of willpower in me not to laugh at her.

Whats your most depressing sporting event that you witnessed live?
I've only been to one major sporting event and that was watching UNC beat Hampton in 2000. So...
I guess when my high school varsity team goes 8-3 in my senior year, and in the first game of the playoffs, gets trounced by an 11 seed by at least 20 points.
Most hilarious moment: I remember back in middle school watching the basketball games, and one girl on my school's team shot a basket into the wrong goal. Not accidentally like Tyler Zeller did against Duke and Kansas, I'm talking full-on clearly-could-see-where-she's-aiming shot.

I wanted OKC to win, but XD at the first comment I see on Yahoo...
"OKC, as a CAVS fan I thought you would come through especially after such a great game 1 performance. You choked bigtime. You disappointed 95% of the NBA. Now we have to see the self proclaimed king, kiss the trophy on a shortened season. Congrats LeQuit....Its to bad you didn't follow through with your promises of a title in C Town....Always remember: The fact that your a quitter and a liar will always be on your resume...I will always remember seeing those two-ten year old kids in Akron the day after your decision, tearing up and stomping on your CAVS jersey."
Cavs fans so mad

Jeff Hardy winning the European Championship was hilarious to me, mainly because a week prior to said victory, he fought the Undertaker in a ladder match for the Undisputed Championship, a match which I was the only person who thought it was highly overrated. People talked about how Jeff was going to get a push from that match, and his push was... winning the C-level championship.
A few final tidbits concerning the nWo
At the time of the nWo's demise, as JaKyL stated, the nWo was telling Trips to join them or else. Rumor has it that the original plan was for Triple H to stay face and feud against the nWo, going from ppv to ppv beating down various members (Pac, Big Show, Nash, all the way up to WrestleMania XIX where Trips and HBK would face off, supposedly). Of course, two things were slowly putting this to a halt.
1) Nash's torn quad, which was the final nail in the coffin. Nash's injury would keep him out of action until April 2003. 2) X-Pac being released from the WWE (yay!), due to behavioral issues and due to passing out at an airport
Speaking of X-Pac, he was booked to job to Booker T around (or even at) Vengeance. Pac refused to do so, claiming that the fans came to see him more than Booker T. With Pac's release, Booker T instead feuded with another nWo member for less than a month.
No Alliance members were given a pink slip during this time period, but Raven lost a match to Tommy Dreamer, which banned him from Raw. Instead of trying to go to SmackDown, Raven chose to make Heat his personal playground. He instead had a storyline that went nowhere, and feuds with Matt Hardy, D'Lo Brown, and Tommy Dreamer, all which went nowhere as he spent the final six months of his WWE career on Heat.
Edge returned from injury after King of the Ring and continued feuding with Chris Jericho. The two originally had a match booked for Vengeance, but with Edge winning a tag title with the Hulkster, Jericho was able to dodge a bullet and got the ppv off.
Finally, another stable was formed shortly after King of the Ring; what started out as Lance Storm going on an Anti-America tirade soon turned into three Canadians and one British guy bashing the USA and becoming some of the biggest heels as a result. Lance Storm, Christian, Test, and William Regal formed the UnAmericans!
Best TV match during this time period is Undertaker vs. Kurt Angle for the Undisputed Championship on Independence Day's SmackDown!

The following bands formed 10 years ago: Arctic Monkeys, Anberlin, Franz Ferdinand, The Fall of Troy, From First to Last, Senses Fail.
While that isn't really THAT big of a deal...
The following bands formed 20 years ago: Amon Amarth, Blind Melon, Blink-182, Bloodhound Gang, Bush, Collective Soul, Everclear, Machine Head, Our Lady Peace, Seven Mary Three, The Verve Pipe, Weezer, Wu-Tang Clan
It just seemed like yesterday I was getting into most of the second group (minus AA and Machine Head, who I listened to later on in life).
-- http://zerosignal620.wordpress.com/ Seriously, call Kenny Loggins, cause you're in the Danger Zone.
What you have all witnessed tonight is not a matter of luck, but pure, undisputed dominance! Nio might have been appreciated at the beginning of the year as one half of the tag team champions, but you wanna know who else has been a tag team champion in their career?
Bart Gunn.
Rob Conway.
Sim Snuka.
All three of those men had joke careers outside the tag team division, and Nio isn't any different. So just like that, in an effort of less than six months since my return from exile, I have leapfrogged over the middleweight division and resurfaced in the Heavyweight division. Rest assured everyone that my next target is the UCA Heavyweight Championship, which is around the waist of a man I defeated at my first Epopmania three years ago.
And while Nee is a formidable opponent, he knows that I was the best person in Team Extha, and the best person in the short-lived Masters of Penguins stable, and once I regain what is rightfully mine, I will emerge as the best person in the XFL.
