Wrestlemania X ended with Bret Hart winning the WWF title from Yokozuna, laying down the foundation for the New Generation and being the torch bearer for the new era Wrestlemania XX ended with Chris Benoit winning the WHC from HHH and sending WWE in a different direction (for awhile, at least) Wrestlemania XXX ended with Daniel Bryan overcoming insurmountable odds, beating 75% of Evolution en route to his 4th world title and his biggest moment to date. Yesterday's match was never in doubt, and once Chrono Trigger hit double digits, it was set in stone. Donkey Kong Country 2 is still a fantastic platformer and deserves its flowers, but 1995 was Crono's year without question. Chrono Trigger takes home the crown after a 24-12 victory, capping off the most dominant run any champion has had in the 29 GotY tournaments I've done on here. Also note this is Square's first standalone championship win!
