Another point on the locker thing: they always get away with it on television, which I guess would be the Karma Houdini trope? If some kid tried to lock another in a locker, they'd get their ass expelled in no time flat.

When I was in high school we had "Freshman Kill Day", every year on the Friday before homecoming. Things liked this happened and administrators looked the other way. There were several unwritten rules on this day (not tattling/no serious harm) getting stuffed in the locker was one of the least humiliating things.

For baseball I have to say Ryan Braun. Before the whole 2013 drug violation thing I felt he got injured often (sometimes I think he claims injury just to sit out a game or two) and we should trade him for a decent pitcher. Now he doesn't have much value and it seems like we are stuck with him.

Yeah when my kids want to watch youtube, they have to watch it on the PS4 so I can hear what is being said. They have a chromebook (since they use them at school) and I only allow a few sites. What's bad is that some sites that they use at home and at school allows ads and sometimes those ads are questionable.

^That. Plus anyone who's seen Mayweather fight knows the first rounds are the best rounds to try and do something effective. He is a smart boxer and doesn't do much the first few rounds in order to read a boxer. Once he starts fighting, it is pretty much over for the other fighter, he knows exactly what he needs to do in order to win.

When the Playstation first came out they were sold out and all the store had was a refurbished one. It came with a year warranty that if something went wrong they would give me a new system. They did a good job with whatever they did to the system to make it work again as it still works the same as when I bought it.

I have several bills from 1929 and 1934.

thats the shit right there. Now ive never seen one that old where I work, but the average person who goes to the bank can ask if they have older bills and likely you can just buy them for face value. even bank tellers sometimes dont even know or care about the numismatic value of such things(or perhaps they arent allowed to freely buy like I can).

Make sure those older bills are in bill sleeves.

I have some in sleeves, the ones that are a complete set are in a floating frame so I can see the front and backs of them.
One time an older lady came in to see if we paid more for silver certificates. She had 25 $1 bills, since we didn't pay extra for bills so she was going to just to deposit them. I ended up buying them from her for $50.
Bank tellers are allowed to freely buy as long as a supervisor watches. I could have had a 1934 $500 bill, but I didn't have $500 dollars to spend at the time.

When I worked at a credit union I saw a bit of older money coming here and there. I have several bills from 1929 and 1934. I have a set of all bills in one of those years (I have them in a box somewhere but not sure which one). I also got a lot of coins I passed on to my oldest son, he has some coins form late 1800s. My father-in-law has some mid 1800s currency that he is going to give to my son one day.

Yeah Arby's is definitely on the higher end of quality as far as fast food goes

i think he was being sarcastic. simpsons is probably to blame for part of it, they bashed arbys several times during the good years

I've disliked Arby's well before the Simpsons came out. The roast beef is okay but several local places had much better roast beef. Their fries are either burnt or soggy.
I still try it every once in a while because people I am with will want to eat there. I never finish whatever I order. Some have mentioned Little Caesars, seeing that it grossed me out so much that it has been over 30 years since I have had them, I would probably change my answer to that.

According to the Brewers' commentators, the Brewers hadn't won a series against them since 2012. I knew we didn't have the best outcomes against St. Louis, but I didn't realize it was that bad.

If you are so concerned about your appearance/cutting hair just go with a CU. You still need to look nice but CUs are definitely more progressive than your standard bank

Saw a teller with an awesome dyed hair scheme the other day, she would've been turned away unfortunately at some place like Bank of America. Really is silly how these things can disqualify someone because she was one of my favs to work with

This. As I said the CU I was a teller at was very relaxed. I even dyed my goatee at Christmas time half green half red and they were fine with it.

If I am asked to make changes for my job I would.

But I dont see on what grounds they could ask me to get a haircut if its always kept tidy and in a ponytail, which it normally is, unless they also ask females to do the same.

The credit union I worked for was pretty relaxed on appearances. In high school I had long hair in a pony tail. People had dyed hair colors (blue, green, etc.) they said they were okay with it as long as no one complained.
