Switch really is the only current console that is doing something other than just being a very limited PC, and it's the only one with exclusives that are worth a damn. I have a Switch and a quality PC and I feel like I've missed exactly 0 games worth playing this gen.

I played LoL several years ago and only ever had fun playing ARAM because it was the only game mode nobody took seriously.

I generally stick with 2 or 3 story based games at a time, but I can jump into just about any game without a story focus no matter what I'm playing.

Getting pretty sick of open world games. Instead of making a massive world with nothing particularly interesting in it, they should spend that time designing interesting levels and making the game longer with actual content instead of superficial padding. Collecting some contrived bullshit scattered throughout a boring lifeless map is not interesting. Walking/driving for 10 minutes across a boring lifeless map just to get to the next good part is not interesting.

Almost every single player mission in SC2 can be beaten by first concentrating on fully saturating your resources with workers, then constantly building army units and adding them to your deathball while you attack-move your entire army to the objectives. Don't forget to build base defences before you head out with the deathball.

In gen 1, I choose Bulbasaur simply because there are other fire and water pokemon that greatly outclass the other starters. In later gens it doesn't matter as much with more pokemon to choose from overall, so I usually choose fire.

It's such a ripoff I might as well just play OoT or MM. It's not like Nintendo hasn't made those games available for literally every console they made after the N64 or anything either.

Literally every study done on the subject of physically punishing your kids has shown that it's almost always detrimental to their development and mental health, but terrible people just keep on finding excuses and justifications to beat their kids.

The humanoid designs aren't the problem. None of the pokemon you mentioned look like furries. That started in gen 3 and only got worse since.

Two of the three final evolutions look like humans in fursuits. A lot of the newer pokemon look like that. It's awful. They're supposed to look like animals, not fetish freaks.

The various Christian sects are not agreed when it comes to how important the old testament is. Making a sweeping statement like "Law of Moses doesnt count in Christianity" is painting with far too broad of a stroke. Most of the old testament is very important for many fundamentalist sects. How important it is varies depending on the sect.
