Maybe when they're 15 to 16 and even then it's hardly them just fucking all the time (else teen pregnancy would be through the roof). Either way, I do think it's reasonable enough. Just because your peers never wanted to do anything like that with you specifically, doesn't mean young teenagers don't have sex.
