So you don't want programs in place to ensure those children have a good chance at a good future, but you ALSO want to make sure those kids are born. Seeing as the burden that is created by your anti-abortion insistence is not born by you, but the households and communities where these kids are predominantly born in, it seems like a rather self-righteous, yet selfish position.

I was talking about abortion. I don't accept that abortion is "just going to have to exist for now". If that's not what he was talking about then sorry, I misread.

As for having programs in place to ensure children have a good future, I'm all for that, and I'm happy to help pay for it.

It's a system of denial that's been being crafted for 50 years or so now.

Certain people began with thinking that abortion was a necessary evil, but you can't gain any traction on a movement like that by calling it that way.

Instead, they make up tons of bullshit.

Start by telling them it's not a life. Convince them of that.

Then spin the words and make it about free choice and women's rights.

Stay focused on obscure talking points about how a woman could die if she doesn't get an abortion. Yes, it's proven that 85% of all abortions are done for mere convenience, but people won't flock to that narrative. Just keep them focused on the sob stories where abortion seems good.

Then, you prey on people's insecurities. No person in the 18-40 range wants an UNPLANNED pregnancy. People are terrified of this shit. They want to have the abortion option available incase they fuck up.

None of this is good enough on its own to create the abortion hivemind, however, if you take the fear in my final point, and then feed people the justifications in favour of abortion, they'll happily eat it up in denial, and let that soothe their conscience for supporting an evil thing that they want to support.

tl;dr Abortion support is a lie created by higher ups to justify culling portions of the population.

This is actually one of the best posts I've ever seen written about abortion. I agree wholeheartedly. Bravo.

Its always bothered me that the people who tend to be against abortion for some asinine reason are the same people who tend to be against the social safety nets that aid people who arent able to support their children. Life for the sake of life is a really inconvincing argument, particularly coming from the mouths of people who dont stop caring about it once the baby is born!

Abortion is prominent throughout nature. Many animals will sacrifice a pregnancy for their own survival. Many will also eat or even abandon their own young, particularly when they arent a viable candidate for survival. But humans are better! So be better. Forcing a pregnancy and then abandoning the child is the embodiment of cruelty. Not to mention that this assumes that life begins at conception, which is an argument of semantics and not supported by science.

I don't personally know anyone who is pro-life that also thinks there should not be a social safety net set up to aid people who aren't able to support their children, and I know a lot of pro-life people. My guess is that you've been inundated with a lot of extremely biased claims from pro-choicers.

Something being prominent throughout nature does not automatically make it an ethical practice for humans. This is a ridiculous argument.

Human life beginning at conception is not a semantic argument. It is scientific fact that human life begins at conception. I repeat this and remind you that the debate is now over personhood, not when human life begins. Pro-choicers like yourself already lost that argument. Time to move on.

I don't use social media and my life is fantastic. I've noticed that those heavily involved in social media tend to have more psychological problems (like depression), or they end up getting themselves in some drama or into trouble.

I don't see how social media has helped society in any way. Everything that you can do on social media can be done in a healthier way through other mediums.

My first play through of Super Metroid was without help and it took 20 hours (I was only 8 years old, go easy on me). Got stuck several times but eventually figured it out on my own. That's OK though, it was a fun game to get stuck on.

Guy is jogging down the road in the morning for some exercise. He's being stupid and not using the sidewalk. Car comes down the road and runs him over. He recovers and is getting ready to start jogging again. Wife tells him to be careful and use the sidewalk. First time out jogging again, he uses the sidewalk, but a car hits the curb and runs him over on the sidewalk. Again he recovers and his wife buys him a treadmill. He's using the treadmill inside and suddenly a car smashes through the wall and runs him over while he's on the treadmill.

Growing up in the 90s was the best. Early 00s was OK, but not as good as the 90s. Once you get to about 2006, SJWs started showing up and things started going to shit. I straight up feel sorry for children born 2015 and beyond.
