how long did TITS take to finish? I started it recently

My Steam time (a lot of time spent idling) shows:
FC: 50 hours
SC: 70 hours
3rd: 35 hours

You can probably shave at least another 5-10 hours total off all that stuff.

The reason why 3rd was so fast was probably because the mini games are one-and-done type deals. There's no fishing all over zemuria for hours on end. FC doesn't have it either but I was still learning the ropes.

Zero, for example, took me less than 50 hours to complete despite being like twice as big as TITS FC.

Arianrhod isn't as intimidating as she seems. She's very tanky but she's not *that* difficult.

It's not so much an issue of difficulty as it is time. It's like beating the demi fiend all over again except slightly less random.

Loewe was reasonable. Arianrhod was not.

I didn't have the kagemaru hoari and you can't buy it at that point in the game. Without it you can't do the dodge tank method.

Like I said I'd come better prepared next time, but I'm not gonna have a next time for a while as I want to keep moving forward until I finish the series to date.

I didn't bother with Arianrhod. I started to, was chipping away using 1500~ dmg S breaks, then she ran into a healing turn and it undid like 20 minutes of progress and I was like nah fuck this.

I'd come better prepared on new game+ but I'm gonna move straight into the Hedgeheg game.

When I was playing Azure I got really annoyed with the interlude chapter. The chapter before had stuff building up and then it's like "Let's go to the beach!"

That chapter went on for way too long and there's so much content that you literally cannot see without massive save scumming or looking it up on youtube and then the house of the dead minigame is the worst thing ever. It was definitely not a great moment in the game for me.

Ok made it to the first checkpoint in the final dungeon. I'll give it a rest today and finish it off tomorrow

So this game has a lot of unique concepts that you don't see in others. It's worth taking the time to read through all the primary and secondary stats to see what they do.

Generally speaking, Harvesting is very strong if you stack it in the beginning, but avoid it later. If you're having trouble getting through the early game, pick up more harvesting.

Some tips on endless.

• Lifesteal is limited to 10 HP per second. Your healing will have to come predominantly from consumables like gardens.
• Pocket Factory + Trees + Engineering. Your DPS mostly gets capped at 6x tier 4 weapons and turrets & mines are a way to fake having more weapons than you can carry.
• Explosion Damage and Explosion size.
• Most weapons aren't viable in late endless waves. Look out for these in particular: wrench, screwdriver, nuclear launcher, shredder, rocket launcher, obliterator, Gatling laser, plasma sledgehammer.
• Stack ricochet and piercing
• And should go without saying but Max out dodge and armor as high as you can get it
• Also be on the lookout for a belt that does extra damage to elites on crit

The best thing is to pick something where attack speed doesn't matter. Try an engineer build but still grab lots of elephants and cyber balls when you can.

Almost every character destroys this game if you stack trees + pocket factory.

I get what you mean.

Wazy and Olivier are essentially the same character: the super flamboyant guy that gives the feel that they might have more to them then they let on.

But Olivier at least has a decent amount of humility where if someone calls his out on his bullshit he'll get flustered, and it helps varies his interactions between characters. Wazy lacks this.

I don't mind if characters are the same although Olivier's humility is mostly due to his methods being different. Wazy is more of a stealthy observer like Kevin. Olivier likes to make a huge scene and then see what people do when they think everyone is distracted.

How is the story quality of Zero/Azure worse than Sky? I'd say they're on par.

The characters are all more flanderized than they used to be. The main crew is pretty good, it's the everyone else that's a problem.

You get a free item on every new game that gives you 10% speed, 50% chance to attract material, and gives you landmines.

Santa is a pain in the ass to kill sometimes.
