Probably seeing as he starts with +100 range. I can't remember. He just sucks so bad.

Ranger - pretty strong. by wave 20 used 2 submachine guns, 1 minigun, 1 revolver, and two shotguns. took 1 attempt

ive kept those options default in the menu (100%). afaik if you lower or increase like the enemies speed itll have percentage on the win screen

ive been playing at 120 fps tho since it no longer crashes (there was a performance patch not too long ago).
Maybe that helps on top of using a controller (dualsense that i've overclocked to 1000hz polling rate. it has less than 1 ms input lag)

ok i looked it up. it averages out the enemy speed, health, and damage into a percentage. so the toughest mode would be a d5 182% run

my plan after beating all the characters is going back to fisherman and trying for highest bait on wave 20 run. that seems fun af!

it was awesome and did make the waves easier for sure.

I just beat saver and renegade not too long ago
renegade took me about 3-5 tries. i was unable to kill the bosses at the end. they had like an inch of health left. Felt pretty safe with the lifesteal so was low stress.

Saver is OP af. Reminds me of farmer. Seen the highest damage values with this so far I think (unless fisherman was higher w/ sticks but IDR anymore). saver took me around 3-5 tries. i played it a few days ago but didn't complete it. today was a 1 go once i figured out not to reroll as often. Did feel pretty squishy tho and nearly died a few times from mobs and elites/ bosses but managed to save myself.

I had that before I restarted my save for the last major update. I don't know if I could get full D5 anymore, I don't know what I do wrong anymore I used to be amazing at this game.

The best thing is to pick something where attack speed doesn't matter. Try an engineer build but still grab lots of elephants and cyber balls when you can.

ok i took your advice and passed after a while =]
wasn't able to kill the boss but whatever im just glad to be done with this lol! i died so many times.

Didn't play brotato today cuz was busy playing oddworld abe's odyssey. I did beat that game today. Some parts were so fucking frustrating and im glad to have 100% it lol.

Admittedly I played way too much brotato this year.

it's an amazing game. =]

i got 5 characters left. two of them i still have to unlock lol (i believe its hunter and arm's dealer)

beat engineering which took a few tries. eventually got it powerful enough to at least kill both bosses at the end

And then went and did golem. the 1st try i used shotguns,smgs, revolvers. the build was weak af since i put so many points in armour and dodge and wasnt able to roll a lot of range damage. only did chip damage to the elites/bosses even after a round was almost complete. died in wave 20 with about 15 seconds left.

then managed to beat my 2nd try w/ knives. -10% damage but my melee damage was high enough to hit 170+ damage w/ crits (red knives were critting 100% of the time). killed elites and bosses pretty quick. quite a few scares in waves with Junkies and got down to like 2 hp in one wave w/ a croc elite + junkies.

I just camped out in the corners and moved out of the way of projectiles and charging brutes most of the time lol

Streamer is frustrating

ok i beat streamer and also king

streamer sucks IMO. i tried beating it without resorting to engineering at least a dozen different times. just doesn't seem possible to me :(. also was way too weak to kill any elites and bosses.

King became pretty powerful once i got 1 red weapon (the stick) and then it just ramps up from there as i found/combined more. managed to kill elites and the bosses within 10 seconds or so.

on previous playthroughs, id fail when i lacked any reds and the enemy count ramps up somewhere past wave 10

also dreamt about Brotato last night. i barely remember the details tho. I was stuck in an airport/hotel place and there was some type of brotato theme going but idr too well.

i have two characters left but cant play them yet. I still have to obtain +300 range and recycle 12 weapons within one game.

I thought it was implied by the description talking about buildings that you kind of had to run engineer on streamer. I still agree with you though and think he is kind of annoying to play.

yeah i dont think ill ever attempt streamer again. way too stressful lol

just beat arm's-dealer. pretty fun character tbh. felt very powerful. still died about 8 times though since id neglect armour and health regen for pure damage >:). but played it safer my last run

I knwo you want to go for shurikens or crossbow but I tried going for a smg build a dozen times and failed miserably lol

i tried him with 3 shurikens + 3 knife combos. was doing good damage with crits. i think i just need to increase dodge, armour, and add a bit of life steal to survive. ill try again soon

If you're lucky the sniper rifle is great on him but it's minimum tier 3.

• Lifesteal is limited to 10 HP per second. Your healing will have to come predominantly from consumables like gardens.
• Pocket Factory + Trees + Engineering. Your DPS mostly gets capped at 6x tier 4 weapons and turrets & mines are a way to fake having more weapons than you can carry.
• Explosion Damage and Explosion size.
• Most weapons aren't viable in late endless waves. Look out for these in particular: wrench, screwdriver, nuclear launcher, shredder, rocket launcher, obliterator, Gatling laser, plasma sledgehammer.
• Stack ricochet and piercing
• And should go without saying but Max out dodge and armor as high as you can get it
• Also be on the lookout for a belt that does extra damage to elites on crit

wow endless ramps up fast. felt invincible until wave 40 when elites started doing decent damage on me. died in wave 49 after getting hit by one of the brute mooks as i was camping in a corner. i didnt think itd kill me near instantly when i had 115 armour lol. also yeah i had most of the screen filled up w/ turrets at that point.

So this game has a lot of unique concepts that you don't see in others. It's worth taking the time to read through all the primary and secondary stats to see what they do.

Generally speaking, Harvesting is very strong if you stack it in the beginning, but avoid it later. If you're having trouble getting through the early game, pick up more harvesting.
