Most people I saw play the game enjoyed this one more than the first game's case 1 interestingly enough, but that doesn't seem to be the case here.

G1-1 had issues but I think there was a certain excitement about starting the series in a new time period and setting that overwrote some of those issues and that excitement isn't there anymore by the time you get to this case so even if it's objectively roughly equal(arguably better maybe), I found it overall less enjoyable.

Still a 5/10.

Am I the only one who actually liked Cat Flap. Show you an innocuous thing early in the case, then after you've forgotten about it the instant they show it in the climax you have that instantaneous epiphany of what it was used for, how you'll win the case now, and the implications for what the suspect knows. That epiphany moment was one of the highlights of the case imo.

Being cynical about the "silliness" of it in an Ace Attorney game is something I don't get lol. My only issue is how it was designed in the actual anime scene because that seemed a bit inconsistent with how it's portrayed in-game.

8/10 from me I guess. Enjoyable enough

Remember how in AA1 von Karma presented false evidence, and he got away with a single penalty that didn't affect his case in the slightest?

Well to be fair, it's not AS unbelievable as it could be considering Ace Attorney is basically like...
