Have you never played a Gears of War game? I am a huge fan of the series but they are FILLED with bugs. Literally every single one of the original trilogy had an error where your data might just get randomly deleted. I know a friend who had it happen with 2 out of 3 releases.

i have played the first two gears of war games actually. they were not what is being seen in the video. you should probably try actually watching the thing

generally speaking no. an iso is a disc image file, it's basically what you'd have on an installation disc to boot from. but pretty much any kind of storage media will work as long as it's formatted right. plenty of tutorials online for it
