Even the 10kls I haven't been able to dispute. Since the new system came in, I'm not sure I've been able to dispute one moderation. And even with no prior moderations, I was getting 10kls and suspensions right off the bat.

I called his joke racist. The fact that was trying to be funny doesn't stop it from being racist. And again, just a second ago you were pretending that it couldn't possibly be what I got modded for.

As for why I got modded, it's hard to argue that it's anything other than targeting considering that I was modded for complaining about racism within half an hour of posting when you had that whole topic of people making jokes about a little girl getting hurt -- any of which would have got me suspended -- and days later nothing has happened.

And it doesn't change the fact that I got suspended for criticizing somebody for calling Africans a derogatory term and then making a highly offensive racist joke on top of that.... which, again, is something NOBODY ELSE would have been modded for.

While the wording is ridiculous, I half imagine it does seem like a foregone conclusion given all of the breaches over the years. And I will note that my folks have had their cards compromised at least twice -- although once was because their card was stolen from their mailbox -- and my brother's credit card has been compromised once as well (most likely offline).

An assertion that certainly sounds racist. Although KJU is a despot presiding over an inordinately oppressive regime, the nation hasn't been fighting a constant ongoing civil war where children are recruited as soldiers so clearly by any reasonable metric it's superior to at least *some* African nations. And it should be noted that many of its QOL issues aren't internal, but instead the result of global embargos (which, while justified given human rights violations, isn't nearly the same thing as nations having internal strife). More importantly, it's not so "bizarre" when you consider that Trump is trying broker a deal with them and very nearly everybody (excluding you, apparently) understands you get more flies with honey than vinegar.

No, Trump was not "found guilty" of discrimination. As previously mentioned, he was also named in a lawsuit alongside his father, Fred. Some of the former building managers pointed out that Fred Trump was behind the policy and, even if they didn't make the claim, Fred obviously had the final say in these matters. Finally, and most importantly, --- and it's absurd that I'd have to point this out to somebody who pretends to be educated on such matters --- but NEITHER one was "found guilty." It's ridiculous that you'd falsely claim that. It's behavior I'd expect from Erik, etc.

Speaking of taking breaks, didn't feel like starting the next episode of Beauty and the Beast -- and can't find a replay of the primary debates just yet -- so I was browsing through some stuff and found that Roku has the Adam West Batman (which, I guess, I could *also* just pull from YT or something).

I skipped "High Diddle Riddle" -- which I've seen quite a few times -- and moved to the first Penguin episode. And, midway through the episode, I couldn't help but think that we'll likely *never* see a superhero show like this again... which depresses the fuck out of me. Granted, I'm not sure we could even find a cast as fantastic as the 1966 Batman's anyway.

Nowadays all the live-action superhero stuff is either grim-dark or soap opera (except maybe Black Lightning, which is a grim-dark soap opera). And even when we see something that's a little campy, they still take things too serious. (Speaking of superhero comedy, I should mention that they apparently also have World's Greatest Hero on there. >_>) Batman 1966 was bright, colorful, and fun. And it's a damn shame that there's nothing quite like it. (Although they did do two animated films after the fact, one of which I picked up and need to watch.)

Nice body, ugly face, and she definitely should have fucking pressed charges... although I can understand that she likely didn't want to go through the aggravation of having to appear in court when her assailant is unlikely to get more than a slap on the wrist, especially since the justice system doesn't punish women as harshly as men.

Also I've been Disney World multiple times but I think I've never tried the Tower of Terror. I know it was closed at least one time I was there.

Well, either it gets less bad as it goes along or I got used to the crappiness. Keep in mind that I watched Smallville, Grimm, and a lot of popular-but-kinda-awful shows so my threshold is a lot higher, especially when I'm looking for something to binge. Granted, even I have my limits -- I can't seem to get through the hotel season of American Horror Story. (That and, after getting out of my detective kick, apparently I can't take Miss Fisher's Murder Mysteries. Back when I was going on a detective/mystery binge, I thought the show was almost passable.... and then I kept not getting through the first episode which apparently I hadn't seen.)

But jfc, you have to see how badly choreographed some of these fights scenes are. I just watched a guy move his head in place during a combo so it could be snapped. This is lucha-level crap. (Happens in S2E11 32:00 in.)
