people do this - not just 'girls'. try not to project it entirely on women. all people are guilty of this and could do better. it's life and it's best to try and let go of it and find people that respect your time/at least let you know if they're getting cold feet or are busy pre-emptively.

this one too - try to eliminate this whole 'it's rough being a dude in the dating market' mentality, because it's unappealing. the dating market is a hellhole for everyone, and I can tell you that the 'roughness' of the dating market is very real for women.

Roughness for women doesn't erase the roughness for men. Women have it a lot easier in the dating scene than men do.

We were supposed meet at one of the Disney parks and hangout for the day. I got there and just kind of did my own thing for a few hours. She then texted me apologizing and mentioned she was going to be at the park later and said "maybe" we would run into each other.

So I just did what I wanted to do and left.

What prompted the transfer? Did you request it?

I requested it and mentioned I was allergic to latex gloves and they didn't know what they were made of at housekeeping so they moved me.

Now they're moving me to the food court at my favorite resort. Pretty happy.

It's like they're just admitting defeat.

I just don't know how to approach people. I made one friend, but I haven't seen her in like a week.

Like, a lot of women are 4'11, but not many are under that.

I just think that's fascinating since it's like the "cutoff" to be classified as having dwarfism.

I caught it from work on Wednesday, tested positive last night. How are your symptoms?

Just a small sore throat and a lot of phlegm build up currently. Hoping it doesn't get worse. This is "day 2" I'd say and I was pretty sick day 2 the first time I got it, so hoping things are fine.

Honestly think I can mask up and go to work at this point.

You mean in the regard that your plans to relocate to that Disney park have been jeopardized because there is now a very real possibility that you have contracted from your mother the coronavirus, which could make Disney either postpone or terminate your tenure as a house-cleaner before it even begins.
