Getting a test tomorrow.

I had a sore throat for a few days and am now in the middle of congestion and some coughing.

It's not too bad though, so I'm not sure if it's COVID or not. Not really worth the hassle to get tested because I don't even feel sick.

I had a very pre-pandemic night. Went to a restaurant, went go karting, to an arcade, and finished the night off at a bar where I did karaoke.

Would not be shocked if I got COVID.

The house is like two or three blocks down from my current house. I can walk there in under ten minutes. I can practically see it from the end of my street! I think it's odd!

Since my brother moved out and I am in the process of moving out, they decided that they want to downsize. With the housing market what it is they can get a great price for our house and then buy another house in the same neighborhood and pocket a few hundred thousand dollars. Is that weird? A bunch of my family lives in this neighborhood, so that's one of the reasons they are staying in the neighborhood.

Intermittent fasting and eating less calories, also a slight increase in exercise. Mostly just lifting weights now and doing an hour of cardio every day. But I've been doing an hour of cardio every day for two years so that's not really different.

It wouldn't work the way anyone thinks it would. The people who commit mass shootings would still be able to easily, legally get a gun. They would just be restricting gun access to people who they deem "a threat" and that would probably have heavy racial and financial bias.

Also the Dems would have an easier time winning elections if they drop gun control.

I'm pretty weak, so I thought that I would have trouble with the bar. Nope, effortless. So I bumped it up to 80LB. Still not enough. Settled on 100LB and I think that's where I will continue with until I am ready for more.

Because I am curious what morons see in him. I would probably recommend most people who listen to him see an actual therapist.

Everyone I know who listens to or reads Jordan Peterson are practically brain spilling out of their ears stupid. But from what I've heard from JP is just a bunch of platitudes and basic self-help/motivational squelch that sounds like information that your Dad or a father-figure, any parental figure really, should have told you by the age of eight or nine.

Damn, and I was just getting used to things being semi-normal again. Now it's all going to go to shit.

felt nice to sleep in a clean room.

Things have been bad the past year, but today I decided to change that. I spent the past few hours cleaning the depression mess that has collected in my bedroom over the past year and now it's looking a lot better. It was mostly clothes I never put away or forgot to throw in the wash that were scattered on the floor and my couch.

I have not seen that couch in over a year because of the amount of clothing on it, and now it's spotless.

What kind of program or routine are you doing

I just do 10 reps of biceps/triceps one day and chest/squats another day.

Typically the amount of sets is between 5 - 10.

I don't expect much progress or gains though because I don't eat very much.
