Vivienne's intro scene is awesome...but then you use her and realize she's condescending and conniving 100% of the time. Been using her on my latest playthrough and her dialogue with Iron Bull is great, though the Viv-Sera and Viv-Blackwall dialogue tends to be best.

I'll say this, though: Vivienne has the best taste in headgear. Dat hennin.

Doesn't following the Imperial idiot get you heavy armor immediately? I mean, it saves a little time. :P

Pretty sure there's a way of reverse-pickpocketing the Jagged Crown into one of their inventories, so you can finish the quest, take it back, then have it normally. It might be doable on either character, though.

I'll take a point off for the battle controls, but even they are something you can get pretty good at. Maybe not "master Arm Break Fire" good, but still pretty decent. For a game with tons of QTEs and lots of question-asking, it's a ton of fun. Definitely play Shenmue 2 if you get the chance.
