Yeah but you wouldnt have blades for cross guards on a sword, lol. Still, I think it fits with Sith recklessness. Plus it does guard against getting your hand sliced off and there arent really many substances in the Star Wars universe that can block a lightsaber blade outside of another lightsaber. Normally there are more parties and meetups throughout the year but that's calmed down now that all my cousins are too old to have 'birthday parties' (excuses to get the whole family together.) Yeah Id kinda given up on holidays tbh, and that was amplified when my big brother killed himself a few years ago and then subsequently I watched my dad die miserably from cancer. But there was new life this year and my sister moved into a new house that is much closer to us (like now its a 15-minute drive to see them instead of a 2-hour one). And the kids loved my beard ornaments and me for some reason.
