You work from home now because of all the covid stuff? After all these months whats your home setup like? I had a spare computer desk and a couple monitors and extra kb/mouse and I got work to issue me a dock for home and set up my work desk opposite my gaming rig.

Well if we are lucky perhaps they will have a vaccine out in 2021 which will be a plus.
We'll have this election nonsense over with whichever way it goes so at least that will be behind us.
Nasa's newest rover will land on Mars.
We'll have the final season of Better Call Saul

I'm sure there's more. There are some good things in 2021 to look forward to.

Just a big business holiday to extort money from consumers through the use of guilt. Or a day for religious zealots to celebrate the birth of some deluded guy and its not even his actual birthday.

Melania was spot on there. The only thing good about that day is my company decides to pay me for it without doing a damn thing and if they want to do that, more power to them.

I don't want him to die, I do want it to scare the shit out of him though and his followers. I want it to be serious enough that he has to use a respirator.

To give them the thought that it just might take him.

Then with any hope that will scare him and his crazy ass followers that this shit is serious and maybe they should stop being dumb asses and start wearing masks and social distancing.

Hopefully this isn't some scam by trump where he pretends to have covid only in a week or so to come out and say he's cured and it wasn't a big deal and his immune system is the biggest and greatest of all time.

So I've been having issues sleeping as of late and once again I found myself waking up at 1:30 am wide awake, woke up hungry as well. I get up and decide I don't feel like making anything.. decided you know what I'll order some grub on the mobile app from Tbell and go pick it up (they are open till 3am) I do one of those stacker $5 boxes with a large baja blast and value menu burrito, I place the order and pay it takes my money and tells me its ok to go pick it up "see you at the drivethru" . I get dressed hop in the car and drive all the way over and as I'm pulling in I'm thinking it looks darker than normal but there is cars there. I pull up to the speaker and no on says anything to me I wait a full minute say hello, no response. I finally pull up to the window and get them to come over unlock

TBell Employee: "We are closed."

Me: "You guys are supposed to be open till 3am and I placed a mobile order"

TBell Employee2: "We have no closer tonight and this guy *points to tbell employee 1* can't be here past 3am so we had to close early"

Me: "Ok, but I placed a mobile order it went all the way through and I was charged, you guys took my money, I either need my food OR i need my money back."

Tbell Employee2: "Well we already closed the register, just come back later"

Me: "Come back later? What later? This is bullshit. I have to work later, so I what come back at 5:30pm and argue with a completely different crew and hope they give me my money back? My order was placed and you charged me if you were closing early you should have shut your damn mobile app off!"

*they both stare at me for a few moments* TBell2 walks off.

TBell Employee1: "How much was your order do you have like apple pay or something I'll just pay you back myself it was my fault we are closing anyways"

Me: "I don't have anything like that"

TBell Employee1: "I'm sorry about this happening"

Me: "Look I understand shit happens but you guys need to shut down the mobile ordering if you decide to close early, I wish it would have told me before I PAID and drove all the way the hell down here."

TBell Employee2 unlocks and opens the register gives me my money back and a complementary baja blast that I ordered as the fountain machine is still on.

Meh... just let her through, then after the election and after hopefully dems take the senate.. perhaps we will get lucky and a few of those justices have some...coincidental "accidents". Then we can vote on some new justices.

I can only hope. Maybe Justice Rapenaugh will slip on a beer bottle next to something sharp.
