1. It became a habit for me due to attending a high school that had it as a dress code. We were required to wear polo shirts. (red, white or navy blue)
2. Most of my jobs I've had require business casual attire. All the years scrapping to get by, having "work attire" and "public attire" was too expensive so I just had "attire" universal the stuff I wore to work is the stuff I'd wear all the time anyways.
3. Also being a fat bastard with "teh dubblechin", and no muscle tone at all in the shoulder area. Polo shirts collar area gives me an actual fake appearance of a neck, I feel I look a bit better in a polo shirt than I do a T shirt.

My day to day has been mostly the same except for us working from home I was already social distancing before this started, but even with that my job after all of this is even contemplating letting us work from home after this has let up. Because they've seen we can do it this way just the same.

So other than getting my hair cut and colored (which I have an appointment on the 27th already) I'll probably still be social distancing.

Regarding Bedroom:

I'm still waiting for curtains, new bedding for the bedroom. I need to put up some shelving and decide on the right pictures and murals and stuff.

But one of the key things Amazon got out to me in like 2 days. I have no good cameras in the house but this is the first night I was laying in bed watching this on my ceiling. One of the central pieces of the bedroom setup. Would work in the gaming room as well really might get another one for it.

I just have gaming related pictures in the gaming room. Album of Pics of the room and PC are in my sig. Each of my rooms are being themed, its a slow process. I'm sure right when I finish it'll be time to move... I have the gaming room of course. But then my living room is being themed like a movie theater/hollywood type of theme. My bathroom is Kraken themed and my bedroom is being universe space themed. I have stuff on order for that.. come on Amazon third party sellers hurry up with my stuff.

Yeah I ran up to dollar tree yesterday because I was out of trash bags and one of my cats tore my shower screen liner I figured i could dart up there, run inside real quick grab this stuff and dart home as quickly and social distancy as possible.

Got up there and I had to wait outside because they were at their limit on how many people were in there, there was a line.

While standing there, i watch so many cars heading down towards all the dept stores. Its stupid, people are ignoring it, either because they don't understand whats at stake or more than likely they just don't care how many people die.

The stuff through the plague portion is damn good, but when it starts getting into the more Flagg Group vs God Group crap it really kinda starts to fizzle out. Been rewatching it, don't get me wrong as a whole I like it but the 2nd half isn't not nearly as good as the first half, I think it loses its creepy factor by that point.

Well.... if its done RIGHT then we wouldn't lift the social distancing orders until its nearly bottomed out. If it plateaus and starts trickling down you can't just then have every start back up again, the virus is still out there in mass and all those people would catch it and it would be chaos all over again.

And truth be told unless we eliminated it to completely 0 and basically killed off the virus.. then it can always ramp back up even with just a few cases still around. Until we have a vaccine for this POS we may be in and out of lockdown.

Unfortunately we have a president that cares more for the stock market than actual people and many high level politicians that would let their children die if it made them some money. These people are probably going to lift restrictions way sooner than we should. That scares me.

I mean I get it I think we all get it but we need to have restraint. The day to day for me is mostly normal I've always been rather isolated so thats nothing new, but I want things to get back to normal, selfishly as well for the simple things. I wanna get my hair cut and dyed again so damn bad. I want to be able to go to the store and not have to wait outside for someone to leave. Or be able to buy cleaning products and TP without a hassle. Or be able to go to stores that sale "non essential" goods.

I'm just really hoping our researchers will get real lucky and hit the jackpot with a vaccine or something far sooner than expected that doesn't have any odd side effects that we can push through quicker and get it out to all of us. Its asking for a lot and isn't reasonable I know but we need a bit of good news I think.

When I moved into my current place two years ago this was the first place where I had a yard that I was responsible for mowing. Its not that much of a yard so I don't need anything fancy. I don't have a shed or any actual closet space to store anything so I ended up getting a CORDED cheap mower a little Sun Joe. in the summer I literally kept it in the kitchen by the table and in the winter I put it in the bedroom in the corner, Its got me through two mowing seasons, but I just can't deal with that damn cord anymore. Having to wrestle around moving it out of the way constantly doubles the amount of time it takes to mow the yard than if I was just able to go with it. Not to mention I don't know if it'll survive another year. It's had a couple times where the grass was just a bit too wet and it clogged the blade area and nearly burnt up the engine, it wasn't acting all that great at the end of last years season.

Unfortunately as much as I try and convince the grass outside that Winter is still here.. the grass is growing, flowers are starting to bloom.. I'm going to have to mow very soon. I've decided that I'm getting a different mower without a cord.

Cheap gas powered push mower. I see the cheaper ones range form 125-200. I've never dealt with one before Oiling, gas. This becomes and issue with storage I thought maybe getting a waterproof cover and a bike chain and chaining it to my stairs outside.

The cheapest option would be a reel mower, they aren't all that large so I might even be able to just hang it prop it up in the laundry area in the kitchen out of the way. They seem to range from 70-120 bucks. No gas or oil to mess with and with that eco friendly. However it's me out there pushing it around, I don't want to be out there in 105 heat index summer day working harder to cut the grass. I don't want a stroke, and I've heard they don't cut as good as a powered mower having to go back over spots, and can get jammed up. Video reviews seem to make it look easy but some written reviews scare me lol.

Then there is battery powered mowers. I would have to keep it inside like my corded one so I'd be in that same boat for storage, just always in the way and they are far more pricey like 299 and up. But no dealing with gas or oil, just charge the battery and I just take it outside and start mowing.

Does that include/mean people that used say TurboTax or HRBlock to file and had DD setup through them? I'm not sure if I need to do anything. I used HRBlock online tax service this year and my taxes were DD to my bank account but it was through HRBlock. I'm unclear if I'm setup to receive it by DD already...

I was originally really worried about all the job loss and things shutting down, But with the government actually freezing evictions, extending unemployment/raising it as well.. and doing these things and already talking about doing more down the pipeline, I'm not as concerned for that portion. We should continue to isolate as much as possible and try and keep this from spreading around for as long as we can.

Really if you think getting your business back up and running is worth extra people dying, you are an evil person.

I completely get why there is so much doubt about China's numbers considering the authoritarian nature of Xi's regime, but at the same time, its well documented that they implemented heavy quarantine measures that would effectively stop the spread, at around the time the numbers began to decrease. Plus the hospitals they built for the crisis have been close to empty for a couple weeks now. Everything tracks, so I believe it.

So projections right now on a best case scenario in the US if we can do all the right stuff are still talking 100,000-200,000 deaths and thats the good estimate... If we screw up it could be higher. I hope they are wrong... So you believe 3,000 in a bassackwards country like China, where there are more people and more people living poorly, and do you think the inhumane measures started immediately? I would say it was probably ramped up quite a bit before they panicked and started doing that stuff. No way it was 3000 only... no way.

Check into unemployment especially if its due to the covid19 stuff. You should get FULL benefits being under a layoff situation. Plus there looks to be some stuff in the works for those losing their jobs due to it. Get that shit filed asap. You could potentially get a decently monthly amount for several months could carry you through this crap. Years back like 2003/2004 I was on unemployment from a layoff, got 250 bucks a week after tax for like 9 months Which at the time was more money per week than a minimum wage full time job at McDonalds. At the very least keeps some money coming in for you.

For temp jobs your best bet is places of necessity, medical, food..etc. Something that will be needed even if there is a national lockdown.

I prefer to keep to myself as well.

However this social distancing is causing my co workers to be more vocal on teams. Which is annoying. The job itself in the healthcare industry so things are chaotic right now.

My job requires a lot of screen usage and the use of the copier/printer at work. So having to work off the tiny laptop plus one of my gaming monitors is frustrating and I don't have access to the copier printer and have to put some of the stuff I do to the side once completed so I can print it all off when I will occasionally need to go to HQ to print it off.

I enjoy not having other people around me, the quiet, and no commute, but for the purpose of doing my job I prefer to be at my desk at work.

• My job just mandated everyone at our HQ were I work to start work from home starting Monday. For at least the next two weeks.

• My job is connected with the medical workforce so we've had additional stuff added to our routine to address people inquiring about covid19 and steps to deal with our patients with potential cases or just fear/questions.

• People are panicking and buying out things like jackasses like Toilet paper and water at local stores. Which is going to cause issues for everyone.

• I have a healthy respect/fear for contracting it, as I'm diabetic so I have a higher risk of it causing me extra complications should I get it and have a higher chance of being one of those 1-4% of people that die from it. But I still think we are drastically over reacting to this. This isn't the Bubonic Plague
