When I worked retail in college I made several dollars over the minimum wage.
The people I knew who did it full time (part time jobs are not for adults) made enough money to get by. One of them I knew had a law degree and still decided to be a manager at a grocery store because of how laid back it was.

Oh I tip. Since I often cannot leave the house for one reason or another I will use a services to have the groceries delivered. You damn well better belive they get tipped. I often by groceries 2 weeks at a time. They get 15% of what the base cost and none of that tip baiting crap saying they are getting a bigger tip then reducing after delivery that shtuff is shady as heck.

Those services need reverse rating service to let the workers know if the person is a asshat or not

Dude that wasnt me who had a screaming match but yeah I dont think its ever a good idea tonscream at someone who prepares your food especially if you plan eating there. Also yeah they do have a charity its in a nice little plexiglass chest wih images of ronals mcdonald. That charity is the charity for mcdonalds. Charitable orgs dont share so you k on ow if it is a charity someones getting fired or sued. That info is based on how the susan g. Koleman foundation treats people.

However what I am talking about is a very getto mcdonalds that is ajoined to a gas station. They have a greenish vase with a white fake flower taped to it with a piece of register receipt paper that has tips wrapped aroud it covered in another layer of clear tape. I am sorry if I misinterpreted that mead. I didn't mean to insult the tips charity

no you read it right some places expect your cashier to get a tip. Even worse is they are expecting it upfront before services are rendered. Also they are expecting tips for take out on restaurant s like applebees, olive garden and such

Actually the reason why was that I went into a smallcakes shop for wife and daughter and the comp was asking for a tip.

Several places ask like taco bueno, fazzoli, and even some donut shops.

Also places like sonic tell new staff that they dont pay as much because you get tips. So yeah it might not be in your area but even mcdonalds has a tip jar by the register in my area

Which are you looking forward to. I saw the snowpiercer movie and it was kinda of heavy handed absurdist type movie but watchable. Don't kow how the series is going to play out. KotIF is great with the samurai verses zombies story layout

I think dead space did a great job across the series splitting up text, audio, and video to paint a vivid picture of what was going on in the first two games. The third did alright but it felt more like an unhinged rant on government/religious control and felt out of place.

You say that sarcastically, but Zelda 2 was actually a pretty good game. The only reason people shat on it at the time was because it wasn't just a straight clone of Zelda 1, but an entirely new style of game.

Personally, I kind of prefer Zelda 2 over Zelda 1.

To be fair it did lay the groundwork to make the platforming sections in future zelda games like links awakening. So yeah I see your point. Its may drawback was that it was too far ahead of its time. It suffered from a lack of power that the nintendo had. If they had released a super metroid like game for zelds 2 as in better graphics and more responsive controls it would hve been more successful with the critics
