A former NFL Network employee has accused a former executive producer and multiple ex-players who work for the network of inappropriate conduct in a lawsuit amended on Monday, Bloomberg reported.

Jami Cantor, a former wardrobe stylist at the network, has named Eric Weinberger, Marshall Faulk, Ike Taylor and Heath Evans as a part of a lawsuit against NFL Enterprises in Los Angeles Superior Court, the report states.

Former NFL network analyst Donovan McNabb, who appears on ESPN, was also named in the suit. Cantor alleges that she received sexually explicit texts from him.

An ESPN rep said McNabb "will not appear on our networks as the investigation proceeds."

The wrongful termination suit was first filed in October. The amendment to the suit filed on Monday goes into greater detail of the alleged instances of harassment and also names the defendants, Deadspin reported.

Cantor was fired in October 2016 after she claims she complained about working conditions at the network and the sexual advances made towards her.

Cantor alleged that Weinberger, a former executive producer at the network, sent her several nude pictures of himself and sexually explicit acts. He is also accused of pressing his crotch against Cantors shoulder and asking her to touch him, according to the suit.

She claims in the suit that Faulk groped her breasts and behind and asked her deeply personal and invasive questions about her sex life. Cantor also claims that Taylor sent her inappropriate pictures and a video of himself masturbating.

The amended complaint also alleges that Evans propositioned her multiple times and made several sexually inappropriate comments toward her.

Spokesman for the NFL Network Alex Riethmiller said that Faulk, Taylor and Evans have been suspended pending an investigation into the allegations, Bloomberg reported.

http://www.tmz.com/2017/12/08/jeffrey-sandusky-jerry-son-sex-abuse-case/

Jerry Sandusky's 42-year-old son is following in his father's shameful footsteps -- he was ALSO just sentenced to serve time in prison after pleading guilty in his child sex abuse case.

Officials say Jeffrey Sandusky requested nude and sexually explicit photos from underage girls -- 2 sisters.

Cops say Jeffrey asked one of the underage girls to send a pic of her "taking a piss."

Sandusky eventually pled guilty to 14 criminal counts including solicitation of child porn -- and Friday, he was sentenced to 3 to 6 years in state prison. He was facing up to 8 years.

He's also required to register as a Tier 3 sex offender -- which is the highest level in Pennsylvania.

Jeffrey's dad, Jerry Sandusky, is currently serving a 30 to 60 year sentence for sexually assaulting young boys while he was a football coach at Penn State.

Chester Bennington Hog-Tied Drowning Attempt ... Coroner Redacted Info in Autopsy Report
http://www.tmz.com/2017/12/06/chester-bennington-attempted-suicide-drowning-swimming-pool-coroner-hog-tied/

Chester Bennington got extremely drunk, hog-tied himself and threw himself into his swimming pool in a suicide attempt 9 months before he hanged himself -- something the L.A. County Coroner knew -- yet it was redacted from the autopsy report.

Sources familiar with the investigation tell TMZ, Chester's widow, Talinda, told the Coroner's investigator that Chester consumed a large quantity of alcohol, hog-tied himself and threw himself in the pool in November 2016, but had a change of heart and was able to break free from the restraint and climb to safety.

We're told Talinda's lawyer, Ed McPherson, contacted the County lawyer for the Coroner last Friday and asked that this information be redacted. We're told the Coroner's lawyer at first said no, but McPherson persisted, arguing that "marital privilege" should make the information protected. The Coroner's lawyer agreed and the passage was redacted from the autopsy report.

Our sources say there was a division of opinion in the Coroner's Office, with some saying there's no such thing as "marital privilege" in an autopsy investigation and further saying such a privilege has never been used to keep information secret.

It's especially interesting because, immediately before the redaction, there's a passage about Chester drinking heavily back in 2006 and threatening suicide before leaving the house with a gun. That incident was not redacted.

Assistant Chief Coroner Ed Winter tells TMZ, "The report stands as is," and he would not comment further. We also reached out to the head Coroner but he did not return our calls.

From FoxNews....... https://goo.gl/sWG89R

Has Corey Feldman been vindicated?

The former child actor claimed in October that he had given the names of sexual predators in Hollywood to the Santa Barbara County Sheriffs Office in 1993 during their investigation into Michael Jackson's molestation charges. The Sheriffs Office denied those claims, saying they had no records of Feldman revealing such information, until now.

Santa Barbara County Sheriffs Office public information officer Kelly Hoover told Fox News on Tuesday night in an emailed statement, Following the recent inquiries into the Sheriffs Office interview of Mr. Feldman in 1993, the Santa Barbara County Sheriffs Office conducted an additional review for any stored items remaining from the Michael Jackson investigation. In a container which included the original reports from the investigation, the Sheriffs Office located some detective working copies of audio recordings made during the investigation. A copy of Mr. Feldmans interview was located. The recording is being turned over to the Los Angeles Police Department. Due to the fact that this case involves the alleged sexual abuse of a child, we are unable to comment further and any documentation or evidence related to this case is exempt from release.

Fox News had originally reached out to the Sheriffs Office in October at which time they responded, We are aware of the statements that Mr. Feldman is making regarding an investigation in 1993. Our records do not indicate that he named any suspects."

Feldman, 46, had claimed in a Today show interview with Matt Lauer that he sat down and I gave them names. They're on record. They have all this information.

The "Stand By Me" star has launched a campaign to raise $10 million in order to make a movie about sexual misconduct in the entertainment industry.

Fox News reached out to Corey Feldman and the Los Angeles Police Department but did not receive comment.

http://www.tmz.com/2017/12/05/chester-bennington-autopsy-toxicology-results-released/

Chester Bennington's autopsy shows he had alcohol and ecstasy in his system when he hanged himself .... TMZ has learned.

According to the autopsy and toxicology results, obtained by TMZ, the Linkin Park singer had a small amount of alcohol and MDMA (ecstasy). Authorities found a prescription bottle of Zolpidem -- generic Ambien -- on his dresser. There was also a pint glass of Corona, which was less than half full -- and an empty bottle of Stella Artois.

Police found pieces of fingernail underneath his iPhone and on a table in the bedroom. Chester's wife, Talinda, told cops he would do that when he was anxious.

Talinda also told cops Chester had been prescribed anti-depressants in the past, but had not taken them for more than a year. A month before his death, Chester reportedly told friends he'd been sober for 6 months.

TMZ broke the story ... the Chester committed suicide July 20 by hanging himself. The report says he was found with a black Hugo Boss leather belt around his neck. He still had the boarding pass in his pocket from the flight he'd taken from Phoenix the day before his death.

Danny Masterson Speaks Out After 'The Ranch' Firing
https://www.yahoo.com/entertainment/danny-masterson-speaks-ranch-firing-142532026.html

In the wake of his dismissal from Netflixs The Ranch over sex assault allegations, Danny Masterson released a statement expressing his dismay while also maintaining his innocence.

I am obviously very disappointed in Netflixs decision to write my character off of The Ranch, the embattled actor told The Huffington Post. From day one, I have denied the outrageous allegations against me. I have never been charged with a crime, let alone convicted of one. In this country, you are presumed innocent until proven guilty. However, in the current political climate, it seems as if you are presumed guilty the moment you are accused. I understand and look forward to clearing my name once and for all.

Early Tuesday Netflix announced that as a result of ongoing discussions the company decided to write Mastersons character off the show. [Monday] was his last day on the show, and production will resume in early 2018 without him.

Masterson stands accused of raping four women in the early 2000s; the Los Angeles County District Attorney and Los Angeles Police Department continue to investigate the claims.

https://www.cbsnews.com/news/netflix-fires-danny-masterson-amid-rape-allegations/

Netflix has fired "The Ranch" star Danny Masterson as multiple rape allegations mount against the actor.

A Netflix spokesperson told CBS News in a statement, "As a result of ongoing discussions, Netflix and the producers have written Danny Masterson out of 'The Ranch.' Yesterday was his last day on the show, and production will resume in early 2018 without him."

Masterson will still appear in the second half of season 2, which hits the streaming service on Dec. 15. Masterson co-stars as Ashton Kutcher's brother on the multi-camera comedy.

In March, Los Angeles Police confirmed that three women accused the former "That '70s Show" actor of sexually assaulting them in the early 2000s. At the time, Masterson, who is a Scientologist, hit back and called the allegations "false." He said the accusations seemed seem to be a scheme to boost the ratings of Leah Remini's A&E TV show, "Leah Remini: Scientology and the Aftermath." LAPD has been investigating the allegations.

On Monday, Netflix came under fire when it confirmed to the Huffington Post that Andy Yeatman, its director of global kids content, made "careless" and "uninformed" comments saying he did not believe the women who were accusing Masterson of rape. An accuser told the Huffington Post that she confronted Yeatman at a youth soccer game and asked him why Netflix was not taking action against Masterson and he said, "We don't believe them," referring to the accusers. The woman said she then told Yeatman that she was one of them and began to cry, saying, "I hope no one ever says that to your daughter."

In November, Netflix severed ties with Kevin Spacey after multiple accusers alleged that he sexually assaulted them. On Monday, Netflix announced that "House of Cards" with continue without Spacey.

Why not? I can understand not caring about 4k or something, but 1080p was such a leap over 480p even older movies on remastered on Blu-ray look stellar. Awhile back I watched 2001 again on Blu-ray, absolutely gorgeous movie that has aged beautifully. Vertigo was somewhat recent too and it looks great even being black and white. I watched Ben Hur awhile back and the combination of both the HD as well as the digital remaster in general made it so much more beautiful to watch.

A hit-and-run driver plowed into a group of pedestrians in Queens on Sunday, killing one person and injuring five others, police said.

Police believe the confrontation started as a dispute. Witnesses confirm they heard yelling before the car drove up on the sidewalk.

The group was walking at 129th Street and Liberty Avenue in the Richmond Hill neighborhood when they were struck, the NYPD said.

Five victims were taken to Jamaica Hospital, police said. One was in critical condition, the others were stable.

Two other people went to Jamaica Hospital with stab wounds allegedly stemming from the dispute. Their injuries weren't considered life-threatening.

Police had one person in custody for questioning, but said that person wasn't the driver.

Police said they were looking for a white Hyundai Sonata. The driver was described as a man with a ponytail.

TopicArnold Schwarzenegger skips gala dinner amid harassment outcry

http://variety.com/2017/biz/news/arnold-schwarzenegger-common-cause-1202627208/

Arnold Schwarzenegger will not appear at an awards dinner for California Common Cause on Friday night, after a group of activists threatened to stage a protest calling attention to his history of sexual harassment allegations.

The good-government group originally planned to present Schwarzenegger with the We the People Award for his work on gerrymandering reform at the dinner at the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion. Daniel Ketchell, a spokesman for the former governor, said Thursday that Schwarzenegger was unable to attend, but believed Common Cause was still giving him the award.

But Karen Pomer, one of the organizers of the protest, said that Common Cause assured her that Schwarzenegger would not receive the honor.

Effectively, they rescinded the honor, Pomer said. They asked him not to attend.

Kathay Feng, the executive director of California Common Cause, did not return several messages seeking comment.

As governor, Schwarzenegger backed the 2008 and 2010 ballot initiatives that took redistricting away from the state Legislature and put it in the hands of an independent commission. Common Cause has long worked closely with Schwarzenegger on that issue across the country. In October, Schwarzenegger spoke at a Common Cause rally outside the Supreme Court in opposition to partisan gerrymandering in Wisconsin.

The group originally announced that Schwarzenegger would be honored alongside the members of the California Citizens Redistricting Commission. Stan Forbes, the chair of the commission, said he still planned to attend and had no idea whether Schwarzeneggers honor was being rescinded. Representatives for state Sen. Ben Allen and Alex Padilla, the California secretary of state, confirmed that they both will attend and collect awards for their work on voting issues.

Schwarzeneggers history of alleged harassment has largely escaped reexamination in the wake of the Harvey Weinstein scandal. But in recent days, activists organized a MoveOn.org petition urging Common Cause to rescind the honor, describing Schwarzenegger as a serial harasser.

No one should attend this event unless Common Cause supports victims, not perpetrators, of sexual harassment by rescinding Arnolds invitation, the petition stated.

Common Cause has since removed the names of the honorees from the event information page on its website.

Shortly before Schwarzenegger was elected in 2003, the L.A. Times reported that six women alleged Schwarzenegger groped and humiliated them over the course of more than 20 years. In 2011, the Times reported that Schwarzenegger fathered a child with his housekeeper.

The issue is a delicate one for Common Cause, as Schwarzenegger, a Republican, provides a bipartisan cast to its voting reform efforts.

http://variety.com/2017/film/news/russell-simmons-jenny-lumet-sexual-assault-allegation-1202626935/

Russell Simmons is stepping down from his companies after being accused of sexual assault by writer Jenny Lumet. In a guest column in the Hollywood Reporter, Lumet accuses the Def Jam co-founder of forcing her to have sex in 1991. In a statement, Simmons said he had a different recollection of their encounter, but said Lumets feelings of fear and intimidation are real. He apologized to Lumet, who is the daughter of director Sidney Lumet and the screenwriter behind Rachel Getting Married.

There is so much guilt, and so much shame, Lumet wrote in her column. There is an excruciating internal reckoning. As a woman of color, I cannot express how wrenching it is to write this about a successful man of color. Again, shame about who I was years ago, choices made years ago. In this very moment, I feel a pang to protect your daughters. I dont think you are inclined to protect mine.

For his part, Simmons said, While I have never been violent, I have been thoughtless and insensitive in some of my relationships over many decades and I sincerely and humbly apologize.

In addition to his music work, Simmons is a successful film and television producer and the founder of such clothing fashion lines as Phat Farm and Tantris. This isnt the first time he has been accused of harassment or assault. Earlier this month, model Keri Claussen Khalighi accused Simmons of forcing her to have sex. She said the businessman worked in conjunction with director Brett Ratner to lure her to his apartment. Another woman, Tanya Reid, also accused Simmons of pressuring her to perform oral sex on Ratner. Both men deny the allegations.

Simmons did say the culture is going through a time of great transition, and said he did not want to be a distraction from the work of his companies. He also plans to convert a studio he founded for yogic science into a not-for-profit center of learning and healing.

The companies will now be run by a new and diverse generation of extraordinary executives who are moving the culture and consciousness forward, said Simmons, adding, As for me, I will step aside and commit myself to continuing my personal growth, spiritual learning, and, above all, to listening.

Simmons is the latest high profile figure to become engulfed in a sexual harassment or assault scandal. In recent weeks, Kevin Spacey, Harvey Weinstein, Matt Lauer, Charlie Rose, and John Lasseter have all been dogged by claims of sexual misdeeds or crimes.

TopicKevin Spacey faces second criminal investigation in London

https://www.msn.com/en-us/tv/news/kevin-spacey-faces-second-criminal-investigation-in-london/ar-BBFuYGL

Kevin Spacey faces a second criminal investigation by London police for sexual assault, this time an allegation dating from 2005 in the Lambeth section of South London.

According to British media reports, New Scotland Yard had launched a previous investigation on November 1 of allegations that the Oscar winner had sexually assaulted a man in 2008.

The second investigation, first reported by Variety on Wednesday, stems from a new allegation made last Friday by a second man.

"Officers from the Child Abuse and Sexual Offenses Command are investigating," London police said in a statement released Wednesday.

According to custom, the authorities did not identify Spacey by name. But the British tabloid The Sun has reported that a man accused Spacey of a sexual assault in 2008 in Lambeth. The unidentified man said he smoked marijuana with Spacey, passed out and woke to find the actor performing oral sex on him.

The complainant said he had asked the veteran actor to help his own career and that Spacey warned him after the encounter, "Don't tell anyone about this." He said he then fled the residence.

At the time, Spacey served as the artistic director of London's Old Vic Theatre.

A rep for Spacey could not be reached for comment.

Spacey's professional life has unraveled quickly since "Star Trek: Discovery" star Anthony Rapp accused him of making sexual advances when the latter was 14 years old. More than a dozen men subsequently came forward with allegations of sexual misconduct by the Oscar winner.

Spacey's agency CAA and publicist Staci Wolfe both fired the actor. Netflix cut ties with the star of its hit drama "House of Cards," and Ridley Scott elected to reshoot the already wrapped "All the Money in the World" with Christopher Plummer taking Spacey's role.

A former rep for Spacey told TheWrap earlier this month the actor was seeking treatment and evaluation.

Charlie Roses CBS News career came to an unceremonious end Tuesday when the network fired him over allegations of sexual harassment.

Roses departure marks the downfall of one of the most venerable TV journalists and a major blow to CBS News, which enjoyed its greatest success ever in the morning thanks to CBS This Morning, which was built around Rose and his co-anchors Gayle King and Norah ODonnell in 2012.

Rose's serious demeanor and ability to engage a wide range of personalities in politics, the arts and business earned him respect and global recognition. He frequently jetted off to land interviews with world leaders.

"There is not a single person of note on the planet who does not know who he is," said one CBS News executive who spoke on the condition of anonymity. "His talent was so in the stratosphere."

CBS had moved quickly on Monday to suspend Rose, 75, after the Washington Post reported Monday that eight women said they were subjected to inappropriate behavior while working with him. The story said Rose made unwanted sexual advances, appeared nude in their presence or groped them. His PBS talk show was also halted and there was no immediate update on the long-term status of the program.

Rose posted a statement on Twitter apologizing for his "inappropriate behavior."

"I am greatly embarrassed. I have behaved insensitively at times, and I accept responsibility for that, though I do not believe that all of these allegations are accurate," he said. "I always felt that I pursued shared feelings though I now realize that I was mistaken."

On the Tuesday morning broadcast, King and Donnell weighed in on the story about their colleague.

"There is no excuse for this alleged behavior," O'Donnell said. "It is systematic and pervasive and I've been doing a lot of listening and I'm going to continue to do that. This I know is true. Women cannot achieve equality in the work place or in society until there is a reckoning and a taking of responsibility."

King said she was "reeling" from the revelations about Rose and got little sleep before Tuesday's edition of "CBS This Morning."

"We are all rocked by this," King said. "And I -- I want to echo what Norah said. I really applaud the women that speak up despite the friendship. He doesn't get a pass because I can't stop thinking about the anguish of these women, what happened to their dignity, what happened to their bodies, what happened maybe to even their careers."

For CBS, a change to the line-up around the glass roundtable at its studio on Manhattan's presents a challenge for what has become a profitable bright spot for its news division.

Rose's presence on "CBS This Morning" signified a commitment to serious news which been a major factor in the program's ratings growth in recent years.

"CBS This Morning" has run in third place behind ABC's "Good Morning America" and NBC's "Today." But since 2012, the CBS program has added viewers while ABC and NBC have seen significant declines over that period.

King, a longtime TV personality best known for her close friendship with Oprah Winfrey, has emerged as a network news star on the program. But Rose was seen as giving the show its creditability as a smarter alternative for morning viewers.

CBS did not name a replacement for Rose at "CBS This Morning." A number of CBS News personalities are expected to fill his chair until a permanent co-anchor is named.

Hidden camera footage recently made public revealed a decorated World War II veteran died after fighting for air while a pair of nurses laughed in front of him.

James Dempsey on Feb. 27, 2014, repeatedly called out to staff members at Northeast Atlanta Health and Rehabilitation before he fell unconscious, gasping for air all the while.

Nursing home staff found him unresponsive just before 5:30 a.m. and it took them nearly an hour to call 911, according to state records obtained by WXIA.

Dempseys family, who sued the facility in 2014, declined to comment, citing a settlement with the nursing home.

Former nursing supervisor Wanda Nuckles testified during the trial that she rushed to the 89-year-old veterans room when she learned hed stopped breathing and performed chest compressions until help arrived.

Nuckles did not know shed been filmed at the time and the clip directly contradicts her account, which she said was just an honest mistake.

Instead, the footage shows nursing staff repeatedly start and stop Dempseys chest compressions.

When the responding nurses struggled to get Dempseys oxygen machine to start, Nuckles can be heard laughing with them in the background.

Maam was there something funny at the time? Mike Prieto, the attorney for Dempseys family, questioned.

She responded: I cant even remember all that, as you can see.

Retired nursing professor Elaine Harris identified several violations, including failure to respond, failure to assess and failure to act.

In 43 years of nursing, I have never seen such disregard for human life in a health care setting, she told the news station.

Attorneys representing the Atlanta nursing home attempted to block WXIA from releasing the footage, but in the end dropped its appeal with the Georgia State Supreme Court.

Both Nuckles and another nurse were fired, but not until nearly a year after the incident. And they only just turned in their licenses in September nearly three years after Dempseys death.

A spokesperson for the Georgia Board of Nursing could not confirm when the state became aware of the video, but the boards action did come on the heels of receiving a link to the video.

A spokesperson for the nursing home, owned by Sava Senior Care, in a statement wrote they were saddened by the events which occurred three years ago before going on to note it has new leadership and the leadership team and the staff have worked very diligently to improve quality care and the quality of life for our residents.
