Man I owe those guys almost 8 grand from taxes last year

I heard that. My wife owed 8700 and got hit with a 1000 fee for not paying it all, and then 600 in interest.... I've been paying most of it. I've gotten it down to about 2700. The one thing I will say about Joe Biden is he gave us those stimulus checks, those helped.

Hoping to get it all gone by next month. Been working my ass off.

I'm exhausted. Take my advice, when you get married, make sure she doesn't have a lot of IRS debt. Credit card debt is one thing, but IRS just has lots of ways to fuck with you. I'm almost done with it, but damn, this year has been tough.

If I hadn't been robbed of all my money as a teacher, or been screwed out of being in he military, I would be out of it already, but there's no way in hell I'm going back. I would rather work two jobs. But it's just tough sometimes. If you've never done it, it's very physically and mentally draining.

No worries. I started falling asleep when I saw it in theatres because I couldn't understand what they were saying (a lot of people with accents trying to speak english but not speaking very loudly). When I watched it with the subtitles, it was a lot more interesting. But what I saw was that it was basicially just scene after scene of people standing around talking. Loved the silver armor that the one guy had though. I was hoping he and Keanu would fight one more time during the final battle.

If they wanted to they could make a sequel. Maybe the princess becomes a samurai and goes after Shang Tsung :p It would be doable but would need some good directing and writing.

Wife never saw it. And I wouldn't say garbage, just a great idea that was poorly executed.

I loved the concept of a bunch of outcast samurais fighting for justice. Loved the costumes, they were bad ass. But it seemed like that movie was just a big series of missed opportunities. Here are the things I would have changed:

• Less standing around and talking, more 1 on 1 fight scenes (I think there was maybe 2)
• The guy in the silver looked cool but didn't do much, he would have been a great main villain
• The witch didn't do a lot either, she could have been a lot more destructive and a lot crazier... maybe a wife for the guy in the silver
• The sword that Snoke (or Snoke's twin brother at least) gave Keanu Reaves could have had a great back story, like Ryu's dragon sword in the original Ninja Gaiden.
• Keanu is a great actor, but wasn't really a good fit for that part. They should have had someone that was good with weapons be the main character.

Other than that, not a bad movie, just could have done so much more with it.

Most people actually do have empathy for others. If somebody says they don't care about things unless they affect them personally, it strikes me as somebody who's either dumb or just cruel.

If we only went by the popular vote, we might as well do away with one of the political parties since it will always be the biggest populations of people making decisions for everyone. In other words, no balance.

Smaller states get congressmen, senators, and governors. They get an appropriate amount of representation.

Get over the delusion that every state is important and special.

How do you think a state like Oregon would react if it was forced to vote Republican? That's why we can't go by the popular vote.

Every state has a certain amount of senators though and going by the popular vote ignores the the ones in smaller states.

It's not a perfect system, but if we ignore certain states, that won't be a good thing.

That's an interesting question, it's different people for each news station. For example, yahoo news is owned by verizon communications, and their CEO (I don't know about the actual owner) is a Swedish business man named Hans Vestberg, so if I had to guess I would say he has some say so when it comes to them.

Not over the rest of the country, but we have to let their votes count too. How would you feel if you were liberal and someone forced you to vote republican or if you were republican and someone forced you to vote liberal? We have to give everyone a chance to be heard for that reason.

To put it into simple terms, if we go by the popular vote, then what happens is the few states with highest populations of people (California, Texas, New York, etc.) will be making the decisions on how the entire country lives. Smaller states like Delaware, Rhode Island, Idaho, Nebraska, etc, would basically have no say so in anything. And that can lead to riots, protests, and possibly revolution.

Social media is bad too because that's how it spreads so fast, but the origin was the news. For example, there was a black lady in my city the other day that was punched by police, but nobody is rioting or protesting because the national headlines aren't telling them to.

Yeah the news has stopped trying to get people fired up, so that has helped.
