its definitely possible to provide everyone with a place to live and having landlords, those two things are not mutually exclusive at all.

Well, the number one priority for any landlord is to make a profit, not necessarily to make sure people without homes have shelter.

Because they can't make bank off of poor people, they simply won't provide them with housing.

There's never been a shortage of high-paying jobs dude we literally have a labor shortage. Incomes wouldn't have risen as much as they did in the last 10 years if that wasn't the case. And incomes for the college-educated have risen much more than high school graduates.

Plenty of college graduates are underemployed. Also, I shouldn't have to tell you this, but higher pay doesn't matter if you have more debt and living expenses are increasing.
