I have isolated since and not been face to face with another human since Thursday. I work from home and have got enough food for about 4 days if I cook everything. Possibly more. I only left the house today to walk my dog.

Yeah, they're crustaceans and live in the ocean. There are insects that have reserves of protein on them as well. The differences between them are marginal.
