At its foundation the Antiwork movement seems to be mostly about improving working conditions, not necessarily any belief we can entirely abolish work somehow.

We do this now. I've worked three positions at once during the last three months. If an employer believes that some positions are expendable and there's no point in filling them, they'll just add it into an already existing position.

Also how could I not retire? If I want to stop working, I'll stop working.

The government will issue an emergency because so many people are too old to work and have no money. They will then heavily tax everyone's 401ks so you can pay for their retirement TC

Yes but if there are no workers to pile the work on, there is no economy.

No economy means your retirement savings will not buy you food.

You cannot retire because the government in it's wisdom to keep to economy afloat may infact try to force you to do so when there is no new workers.

The vast majority of the anti-work crowd work, including myself. We just realize labor is being ground up to feed the elites insatiable greed and work is about control and power.
