S7 Edge. Maybe I just need a change from Samsung. Any other Android phone company recommendations? My first smart phone ever was a iPhone 5S, two years later it was an S5 now a S7 Edge. I plan on keeping my current phone until it can no longer function cause he would seem like the smartest thing to do financially plus I seen a lot of people still use phones 4+ years old and they seem to do ok.

As I made my way back from school one day during the first week, I was stopped at a stoplight in Isla Vista when I saw two hot blonde girls waiting at the bus stop. I was dressed in one of my nice shirts, so I looked at them and smiled. They looked at me, but they didnt even deign to smile back. They just looked away as if I was a fool. As I drove away I became very infuriated. It was such an insult. This was the way all girls treated me, and I was sick and tired of it. In a rage, I made a U-turn, pulled up to their bus stop and splashed my Starbucks latte all over them. I felt a feeling a spiteful satisfaction as I saw it stain their jeans. I then quickly speeded away before they could catch my license plate number.

How dare those girls snub me in such a fashion! How dare they insult me so!I raged to myself repeatedly. They deserved the punishment I gave them. It was such a pity that my latte wasnt hot enough to burn them. Those girls deserved to be dumped in boiling water for the crime of not giving me the attention and adoration I so rightfully deserve!This incident soured my first week of college, but for the sake of all of my hopes and dreams, I tried to forget about it.

I do it so I don't poop at work. I figured out the time frame of when to eat to avoid pooping at work unless I ate some crappy food that make my stomach hurt then I leave home sick

why wouldn't you wanna poop on company time?

About 2 years ago I realized I needed to start eating more fiber. My poops hurt and were just bad. Started tracking my fiber and eating more lentils and beans. If I go less than 40g a day for a few days, I know it's gonna hurt soon. I usually get like 50-60g a day now

What food you eat?

Grains:

Rice - usually plain white rice but sometimes basmati or jasmine if they're cheap enough
Wheat - I usually eat whole wheat and bake my own bread but I don't eat a lot of wheat in general.
Farro - Really good grain that I sometimes use in place of rice.

Legumes:

Beans - mainly garbanzo and black, but I occasionally mix in some navy, pinto, lima, kidney, and any other depending on what's on sale.

Lentils - mostly do brown lentils because they're cheapest and most available for me but occasionally do black if I can find them for cheap enough. Also love peas.

For vegetables, I mostly stay green and leafy - kale, spinach, chard, bok choy, etc. - but I do get in a good mix of gourds and root vegetable (and their tops!); squash and zucchini are in a few meals a week, as are sweet potatoes. I love cabbage, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, and cauliflower, Carrots are not a favorite of mine but I do put them in dishes where they're just kind of there and not so prominent. Kale and Spinach are my main veggies though. I have one of those at least once every single day. I also started eating seaweed a lot recently.

Tomatoes, onions, cilantro, and garlic are eaten when appropriate. I love peppers of all kinds but I cut back on the spicy ones because I'm trying to head off any potential gastroesophageal problems associated with entering the 30s.

Fruits are mainly citrus - lemons, limes, or oranges almost every day - but I'll occasionally have melon, berries, and a banana or two here and there. I occasionally get a hankering for something or one will catch my eye in the store.

I eat lots of seeds as well, mainly chia, flax, sesame, and pumpkin.

I very sparingly use oil of any kind in my day to day diet, though I do get down on some fried foods once in a while.

As for how I put it all together, I mainly do buddha/power bowls and stir fries. They're so simple, quick, and versatile. I get in some curries and other stews as well. I eat hummus almost every single day. I love naan. Flatbread pizzas are on my menu a few times a week. I sometimes do wraps. I eat sushi every other week. I try to mix things up and get a good, frequent rotation to keep from boredom and to make sure I'm getting my nutrition from as many different things as possible, which I'm not sure is entirely important but still something I like to do.

I'm 29, 5'11" and 190. I eat between 2200 and 3000 calories a day, depending on whether or not I'm working or exercising.

I mainly drink water (flavored carbonated and tap) but occasionally have sodas and a few times a month I get fucking stupid shitty drunk, though I'm trying to cut back on that.

I think the biggest contribution to my fantastic shits are that I really do not eat a lot of processed, packaged foods, like white bread, pasta, or anything like that. The vast majority of what I eat is made from scratch from whole foods or minimally processed by the time it gets to my plate.

I will say this, I was a flexitarian for the most part - mostly plant based with occasional animal products - but the last few Januaries I've done Veganuary and this year I decided to make it permanent. As a flexi, my poops were good but over the last month is when they've really gotten amazing.

perfect poops: quick, complete, effortless, and no wipe necessary.

I shit 1-3 times a day and they're almost always quick and clean, even when I eat a lot and shit out a mountain. I get pp's several times a week.
