The story of the series isn't super amazing but the general vibe and atmosphere as good just to give a heads up.

So I watched a 1 hr video on the game. First hour of the game is basically 99.5% movie and .5% gameplay. I love the MGS series but that shit is just ridiculous. Now I'm gonna wait for the directors cut to be $5 or less before I buy it

I played the original game like 10 years after it's release but I didn't like it. I think it's mainly because I didn't give it a fair shot combined with the outdated graphics and I was stuck at a certain part and quit after 30 minutes of trying to know where tf to go. I heard the story in the Halo series is super amazing though combined with the updated graphics I want to give Halo 1 another chance as well as the other games in the Master Chief Collection but I need opinions from you guys first about the Halo franchise and if it's fun or not. I like all genres so as long as the game are good. I'd get it on PC btw

Pc version don't have the director's cut yet and it's not officially announced but there's a good chance director's cut will come out next year but I am not sure I can wait that long. Should I get it now for $17.99?
