In the Bay Area/Northern California, maybe. I don't know the exact numbers now

I lived with my parents all my life but I want to live on my own and I want to live on my own ASAP. I am just making up numbers but it would probably take me 20 years of saving up to save up like $250k right now. Would I be wasting money to rent when I can live rent free now?

The answer to solve all problems is to get a better job so I can afford to rent and be able to put money in my savings account each paycheck but I don't know if I am just too lazy to go to school or I have actual learning disabilities.

Never did well K-12 and I dropped out of college after 4-5 years basically achieving nothing but now that I am older maybe that might change but I am not motivated to try to go back to school and do well

Dont shave. I use either goldbond spray or arm and hammer body spray. Kinda burns for about a minute, but effective for avoiding swamp ass. Use that shit all over my body too as I sweat like a hog year round lol. Does the trick pretty well

Just curious if you guys shave your butthole hair and how you keep it dry and smooth down there. I remember years ago I shaved down there but it would hurt when walking cause my ass cheeks was rubbing against each other.

Also I heard some powders aren't good cause it can turn into paste. Need recommendations on things that can keep me smooth and dry down there and not turn into paste when I sweat

amazing ass article describing the Dallas shooting in 2016 with Micah Xavier Johnson. I actually saw the video of how the shooter ambushed one of the cops that was killed. He shot to the right of the officer behind a pillar tricking him then came around and killed the cop. 5 cops were killed, other cops were injured and the ending of this event was pretty dramatic.
