Yeah. Some comedians are very hit and miss, where they only have one good bit or they're only funny in certain areas. He was definitely all all-rounder, where he remained consistent in all aspects.

Yeah, not really sure what they were thinking with that. Not like it has killed the MCU or anything, but they're definitely shifting how people view it for sure. It was kind of inevitable with End Game that some people would fall off, but instantly throwing out like 8(?) shows in a few years is a bit much even for diehard fans who were still on board with watching everything. Only one I watched was Loki.

It was fun overall, but it has a lot of flaws if you try to think about it too hard.

Kid Buu would probably waste too much time and defuse due to the influence of Gotenks. He'd still be stronger than Gohan, but not as overwhelmingly so. If Kid Buu went for the kill, he could probably win, but doubtful with the resulting personality.

I'd say average all around. You're never going to be amazed by anything, but it's never going to be bad, unless they employees are trash.

I browsed through Threads the other day, but didn't find anyone I'm following. The app also kind of sucks, and the lack of browser support is stupid. Definitely need to get it running on par with Twitter's functionality at least, if they want this to be more of a flash in the pan situation. Just because Twitter is circling the drain doesn't mean people will stick with something just barely good enough.

Yeah, I really couldnt care less about traveling. I hate being outdoors and national monuments dont interest me at all, so neither resort setup or seeing the sights interest me at all. You could give me a free trip almost anywhere and Id probably reject it.

Yes, rented it a dozen times as a kid, but only ever played the first level. I don't think I actually understood how to play it, but the swimming was pretty fun.

It was decent, but the final act was garbage. It legitimately feels like they had a different ending that did poorly in test screenings and just scrapped it and shoved that in at the end. It kind of just forgets everything set up in the first act with the whole murder suspect thing and just kind of ends. Then there's just minor pointless stuff like the CIA(?) lady taking up screentime and ultimately having no purpose.

Of all zero tolerance policies, thats one of the few I agree with, even if it gets well-meaning people fired. Just let them be scumbags and let the business deal with it. There is zero point in risking anything for a couple hundred in merchandise you have no reason to protect.

Absolutely banger games that should have been used as the basis for full console games, but instead we continued on with Gamefreaks' shit.

It should definitely get an adaptation. It's the only comic storyline I've ever actually read start to finish, but it'd make for a great few movies if Hulk wasn't cursed by that shitty 2003 movie and the lackluster MCU movie.

Yeah, YT is my TV essentially, so it's easier just to not have to deal with ads on my TV or phone or use workaround like downloading everything and then uploading it/casting it. I still download some longer format stuff to watch later, but I watch quite a bit on the app itself.

Curious how this will go in the future with ever-increasing technology. If someone can generate an approximation of someone's voice without the utilization of samples, will they have a case? If someone makes a similar but distinct voice, will they have a case? All this AI stuff is a very messy can of worms.

Whoever they have as editors should be fucking fired. Everything about that video is a fucking visual clusterfuck. It's not even interesting to skim through to see the results.

I just need a central place to follow as many possible creators I'm interested in, so hopefully all this shit won't fracture people too much.

You're talking about an event that will likely shatter their relationship forever, so an unruly reaction, while maybe not justifiable under rational thinking, is something that's hard to absolutely condemn them for to a certain extent. It's not like this is an eight-year-old who accidentally spent tens of thousands because the parents didn't secure the device. This is a near-adult who absolutely would have known what he was doing.

I absolutely refuse to buy any game that locks out content. Those recentish Hitmen games looked interesting, but all the limited time shit turned me off instantly.

If it was actually about potentially ruining their lives by spending all of their savings, I honestly wouldn't judge them for it. If it's just about being horrible, overbearing parents, then, yeah, fuck them.

Horrible, annoying feature. It can't even be permanently turned off on mine due to whatever horrible fucking state(s) made it mandatory.

The link from their tweet to their site starts off with the same nonsense, and it takes a few sentences to actually reach their supposed point. If they actually cared about the issue, the information should have been present in the Tweet, and been the first thing you see when you get to the site. It's one of those things where the core message may have validity, but they've coated it with so much shit that nobody is actually going to ever engage with it.

For the record, they're specifically talking about the land containing Mount Rushmore, which the government granted to the Sioux as a permanent home by treaty, then broke said treaty a few years later. The Supreme Court even agreed that they'd broken the treaty, saying "A more ripe and rank case of dishonorable dealings will never, in all probability, be found in our history." This is a case of a tribe wanting back land that the government agreed should belong to them.

If they actually care about that, their PR person should probably be fired. The entire post and the headline on the site seem purposefully inflammatory, and I'd bet next to nobody actually even got to that part.

I think Nen is a worse choice than Stand. The kind of Nen you are born with is random, limiting what abilities you could choose. Moreover, no matter kind you have or what cool ability you think of, it doesn't matter if you are born without much power. Virtually all Stands are cool and so whether you get an existing Stand from the manga or something new that matches your soul, you are unlikely to get something shitty. In a world without Stands (so that you don't get subjected to the huge downside of attracting other Stand users to you) you have all kinds of possibilities open up. Just having a stylish, invisible double of yourself that can't be affected by any normal damage would be awesome without the additional power(s).

There a quite a few horrible Stands, though, and not all of them are intangible, weirdly posing ghost men. Imagine you get the one that traps you in an area unless you sacrifice someone else to it or you turn permanently invisible.

Nen is probably the best pick because it's universally useful and not completely random, outside of specialization. For the others, there's a decent chance you get fucked over by a horrible ability or get a completely useless ability.

Breakfast pizza is great. Egg does not belong on a normal base though. Had some dumbass cook put that in a breakfast calzone once and it was fucking inedible.

The only good way to remake it would be full, crisp 3D without changing the core gameplay or story. Something like that DMCA'd canceled fan project from some number of years ago.

Even with stuff like this popping up, it's going to be hard to get enough people to actually jump ship from Twitter. Musk will have to continue to implement shit to make it unusable.

That doesn't change the fact that the situation was clearly supervised, not "unsupervised." If the dog attacks, then obviously the delivery driver has avenues to press charges. If the animal gets attacked unprovoked, same for the owner. A dog going out an open door when the owner is standing right there is not an "unsupervised" situation.

If you are not in direct control of your animal, it is unsupervised. The dog in that situation has free agency to act how it wants. In 99% of cases, it seems like it's probably well-trained enough that there will never be an issue, but everyone should be prepared for the 1% where the person is extraordinarily scared of dogs and accidentally hurts it or the dog just randomly reacts poorly for some completely arbitrary reason and bites the person. It seems like a completely harmless act, but it's always, "I don't know why he acted like that. He's always such a friendly dog!"

Probably not something that actually happened, but it would be rather intrusive to make it mandatory.

It was a tiny dog. If it's a tiny dog with no history of being aggressive, what's the problem? The dog clearly was trained and listened to the owner, as it went back into the house with no incident. Also, "unsupervised" seems dishonest. It was very clearly supervised, as the owner opened the door in the first place. It's not like the dog was running around outside before the door was even opened.

We've had at least three incidents of employees being nipped at and bit by supposed "friendly dogs," so it's rather annoying when people assume that their animals are going to respond the same way to every single person. It's not like a dog like that could cause any real damage, but why risk the animal's safety?

I hate people who let their animals run out unsupervised when they open the door. You have no way of knowing how that interaction is going to turn out.

I'm now imagining a dildo that vibrates in rhythm with the Doom theme song.

Any per capita statistics on the breed in other countries? I wouldn't be surprised if this is a mostly American problem. And I imagine we're still talking about like 1% of the entire population of them.

Hopefully it's good. Modern anime seems to be forever infected by shitty CGI now, so it just depends on if they know where to use it to lessen the impact as much as possible. The manga deserves better than to be marred by trash animation. From the trailer, you can it see a few spots, but the actual animation seems to be well done.
