Ahhh I miss the controller smashing and keyboard slamming.

I remember during his Castlevania playthroughs on the X360 he broke his controller. He also showed pictures of his table (I think they are in the compilation too?) with all kinds of dents and damages to the surface of the table.

The ending of that clip is fucking brilliant (assuming I am remembering correctly) where the controller smashes are in tune with the music.

Still wondering why he is hiding the foreclosure drama. Do you think it's because his mom gave him the advice and he is now regretting it? Do you think she co-signed for him so he could get the condo? Either way, it's Phil's fault 100% for getting into this mess. He didn't even bother selling it before moving across the country.

I have no fucking clue, only specations like I said.

But when his bottom line was at stakenin the past, Phil showed increasingly nervous behaviour. And that just isn't here right now.

So it could mean that he truly believes it will just blow over and the bank will take the L (hint hint, they really REALLY won't).

Or his mom is gonna take care of the whole thing, since Phil said it was her idea and he believes his parents will bail him out.

Another possibility is that he has enough money set aside to pay what is left over after the shortsale. But that will hurt him long term, because if he admits to have 30.000 dollars readily availabe just like that, no one will ever believe that he can barely make ends meet.

Whatever the situation, whatever the outcome, because this is going to trial, the documents are public and I am just here to enjoy the ride.

Phil "stick my head in the sand" Burnell is at it again.

During his PUBG stream he called someone "schlomo", and when called out he said "that didn't happen".

Now Phil is never going to get kicked from Twitch, hell, he'll outlive Twitch. Unless he does something that cannot be ignored like with Dead Space 2 on blip.tv.

So there is not going to be any hope he'll be gone soon.

He also made the claim that 2019 was a succesful year (forgetting he begged for money to buy groceries just days ago) and that more people have come around, even though on average he barely breaks 350 concurrent viewers and over 30% of his subs are gifted. He made pretty much 0 organic growth.

Also after he concluded Shen Mue 3, he had another "boomer" segment". Kat was vacuuming outside of his mancave during this, which kind of felt passive aggressive. But she was home. One has to wonder why he'd rather ramble on stream than spend time with his "soulmate".

Still hasn't adressed anything regarding the foreclosure. I really have no fucking clue what his gameplan is here. Remember when he was (temporarily) banned from Twitch? He switched to Youtube but he was nervous as fuck. What I am about to say now is pure speculation, but according to Phil, it was his mom's idea to let it foreclose, so maybe she's going to take the fall. There is a possibility Phil's parents co-signed, so they might be in for it aswell. Again, pure speculation. But if it turns out to be true, it'll be fucking disgusting to let your parents bleed for the defficiancy. Then again, this is Phil we are talking about.

Now is also the time to place your bets: when will Phil start begging for his taxes? My money is on before the month is over.

Lots of missions end in a certain amount of turns. However, if that really is a problem for you, you can double those timers before you start a new game. But it really isn't all that bad, since those missions almost always offer ways to increase the timer.

And if you play War of the Chosen (which is fan fucking tastic if I might add), you'll be fighting against a Doomsday clock as well, but again, lots of ways to slow down that progress.

Also, asking if you ever felt attraction to someone of the same sex isn't insulting either, it's a fucking harmless question, but Phil somehow construes this as a personal attack on his person.

Phil is also dismayed about the fact that people are asking him personal questions during a "gameplay" stream. Meanwhile, Phil constantly vomits all kinds of personal information about his life every chance he gets. But strangely draws the line between asking and telling himself.

And finally he lashes out at the person who asked the question, calling them a "fucked up individual", which again, speaks volumes about Phil, seeing how it really was just a harmless question, but Phil's homophobia shines through again.

All in all, Phil shows his true colours here, reacting to a simple yes/no question.

I am convinced that Phil believes he works hard.

We all know that all he does is roll out of bed, eat something, sit his ass on that disgusting loveseat, and then bitch and moan all day while also occasionally playing a game.

Meanwhile people are working 70 hours a week to make ends meet, still try to support a family, tend to sick family members and fuck knows what more. But Phil, Phil works harder than any and all of them. Never mind the fact that he cleared over 100.000 dollars again this year, has two houses and more shit than anyone ever needs, HE is the one who is having a rough financial situation.

I know we talked about Phil isolating himself, which makes him talk weird (misusing words and phrases for example), but being in isolation, also hampered his ability to reflect and relate.

And as much Phil he earned everything, when you objectively look at the situation, Phil owns nothing. EVERYTHING he has is paid by his fans, the only "legitimate" income he has, is Youtube. Everything else is paid by subs, tips, cheers, donations of any kind really and Patreon. Everything Phil has, is paid by with money from others, even including his parents.

My guess is, but bear in my that this is just a guess so take it with a little salt because I am extrapolating on know Phil behaviour.

Phil always gets his way, he begs, complains, hell, he'll even threaten to shut down the stream if people don't "talk to him". Every story he has told, whether true or not, always depict Phil getting his way. I am guessing his mom spoiled his little ass and threw a temper tantrum when he didn't get his way.

Now, I am guessing that Phil did the same thing with Amazon. We know he is not a reasonable person, his refusal to take apart the bike in question is a good example of this. So he will probably have thrown a tantrum, raising his voice or even outright yelling. Someone will probably recognize this kind of customer and just gave Phil his way, to be done with it.

And that is the irony with people like Phil, they don't deserve it, but they get what they want. Just act like a fucking asshole, and people will eventually cave. And if person A doesn't give Phil his way, he'll just call again and maybe person B will cave. Repeat till you get your way.

This is why I don't believe that Phil is lying on purpose. He remembers bits and pieces and his mind just fills in the blanks. This is why every time he tells a story he has told before, details change.

The story is globally the same, but details (which are actually fucking important) change like it is going out of style. Notice that a lot of things are prefaced by Phil saying "a lot of people are saying...".

"A lot of people wanted a Project 7 reboot." "A lot of people didn't care about it."

This is how it always goes, Phil kind of uses this (in my humble opinion) as a scapegoat. If people ask him to play game that he doesn't like, it's their fault. If people to tell Phil to do something and he fails miserably, it's their fault. If people hype up a game, it's their fault, etc.

And it all kind of makes sense in a twisted kind of way. Nothing is ever his fault. It will be his mom's fault when the foreclosure saga goes tits up. It's John and Rambo's fault for not asking for money, it's their fault for falling out of touch.

It's the game's fault for having shitty controls, it's the internet connection's fault because of lag, it's the game's fault for dropping inputs. Hell it's even the game's fault for having graphics that are too good (yes this happened during DMC5).

It's Turbotax's fault for not filing his taxes properly. It's hist tax attorney's fault for not filing his taxes properly. Fuck, Phil at one point found someone to rent the CT Condo to, but the person dared to call Phil, rather than contact him by mail. So that never worked out, but not Phil's fault.

The trainingbike sage was another glorious example, he refused to take it apart, and then was upset he had to make time for it to get picked up, even though the company didn't have to do it, because Phil refused to comply with the refund policy.

The adsense ban is right up there, it's not his fault for telling his fans to click on ads, it the fault of the fans that they clicked the ads.

All "tough guy" stories Phil tells, never include him getting repercussions. His parents bail him out every fucking time, assuming that it is true. And then it shines like you said, either it is a lie and makes him look bad, or it is the truth and it makes him look bad.

I've probably said this before, but this is a typical narcissist trait: He doesn't feel guilt for exploiting the people who watch him, exploiting his friends and exploiting his parents. But he is susceptible to shame. If you call him out on anything scummy he has done, he will get very defensive.

I came across this site thanks to the farms. It shows his overall bans, and interestingly there are a couple of HUGE outliers. There were 451 bans on the day of the Jasper reveal. My guess that this is mostly people calling Phil out on his shit. 285 bans during the marriage reveal stream, 205 and 211 bans during really salty streams of Sonic Racing and MK11. The total bans is well over 7000. What you can also see is the last messages of the people banned. Really funny stuff is to be found.

Now, the program only does the math, it doesn't validate what you are calculating. Now Onision has literally filed EVERYTHING as a deductible: his house(s), his car(s) even his fucking wedding AND DIVORCE. Everything you can possibly think of. He is now blaming Turbotax for not informing him. Result: he is being audited by the IRS for over 500.000 dollars or more. He takes zero responsibility for what he has done.

This sounds so fucking much like Phil, blaming everything under the sun, but not your own actions. Again, Turbotax only does the math. You put in a number, Turbotax makes the calculations BASED ON WHAT YOU PUT IN. It seems like Phil is kind of going down the same path. Something a lot of people seem to forget and use as an excuse: Having a business also gives you a lot of responsibilities. You have to properly file your taxes. Now, if you can't do that, you can always hire a CPA to do it for you. A tax lawyer isn't someone that helps you file your taxes, rather someone who specializes in laws regarding taxes.

Phil just blindly assumes that everything is okay, and blames his tax lawyer (not a very believable story) for the deficiencies. Any court will point out responsibilities you have as a business owner. You still have the responsibility, even if you let a CPA file your taxes for you, to provide them with the proper paperwork.

It doesn't sound like Phil have a CPA and even less that Phil knows what he is doing. I mean, I don't know much about economics and running a business, but running a business is not a right but a privilege, like driving a car. It comes with a slew of responsibilities else you are found liable. Seems to me that Phil just uses his "tax lawyer" as a scapegoat. If that ever goes anywhere, I doubt it'll hold much water.

The weird thing is, but do take this with a grain of salt, since it came from the pig's mouth:

He said that he had an in during 2015-2016 to access to free games, but the reason he refused was: "he isn't special, he is not more than you and I". (Ironically, he is right about that, he is most certainly not more than the average person).

But you have to admire the train of thought here. Let's assume for a second that he is telling the truth, it makes him look really bad in 2 ways. Instead of being able to get games for free, he now is begging hard for them. But he refused because of some kind of moral superiority, but that moral superiority apparently does cover begging.

I really don't get Phil. Either it's the truth, and it makes him look bad instead of good (good guy Phil doesn't feel better than his audience, but does beg for games). Or he lied about the whole story in which case: what is the point?

The most obvious reason is because stories change all the fucking time and can never be verified.

But just listening to him talk, you know he is full of shit.

He often has "tough guy" stories. One includes him making his professor cry (and yes, it was because he was a bad teacher, not Phil being a bad student), his dorm stories and other ridiculous shit. And how do we know these stories are bull? Because there never were repercussions for him.

Most people when they tell similar stories, they always acknowledge in how much shit they got for doing x. Phil never faced any backlash from anything.

And people always are singing Phil's praises. Hell, apparently his movers agreed to assemble his bead (Phil couldn't, because of his back you see) for a fucking shout-out on his Youtube channel. Fucking what? So did they did something, without ANY form of actual compensation, other than a fucking shout-out?

And sure, people know Phil SO well, that they apologize for talking to him on his day off? Fuck me.

I've said it once before, but these stories he tells, are for him, not his audience. To make him feel better about himself.

Welp, the Christmas beggathon went kind of as expected:

Suicide Kings
-Boredquit the game. This was after putting zero effort into the game. Complained and bitched the whole time.

Doom 2
-Couldn't get the game to work, spend a good chunk of time getting the game to work, getting angry at Steam, blaming them for robbing his money.

Myst
-According to our hero, the first walking simulator. Surprised it's a point and click game. Complains most of the time he doesn't know what to do. Chat holds his hand throughout the time he plays the game.

Doom 2 (again)
-He buys the game on PS4. Even though he claims he used to play the game all the time, but he is bad at the game. Complains there is no way to see how much health he has. Didn't know the game has a run button, causes him to get stuck.

1 hour break.

KotOR
-Falling asleep. Was bitching about everything. Blamed his viewers for picking "boring shit".

Roblox
-A complete and total clusterfuck. Phil is getting trolled left and right by various names (kind of hilarious ones too here and there). Once again blames his viewers for picking the game.

RDR2
-Hated the game. Nothing much else too it.

Phil only "enjoyed" Myst, but that was because chat was holding his hand all of the time through it. Blamed his viewers twice for "bad" games and hated the rest. This is what fucking happens when you pick 40 hour long games for just an hour.

Phil got a 100 dollars donation during KotOR, which activated clown mode fully. During Myst he also got a bunch of tips, which caused him repeatedly to state he "loved" the game.

After the gaming was over, and Phil started the slideshow, he got a 200 dollars donation which he didn't address. Also, that donation put him over the 2000 dollar goal he set. If he fails to acknowledge that donation during today's stream, I hope he gets his shit called out. But I honestly wouldn't put it past him, he is a scummy fuck like that.

Derich, one of Phil's bigger whales wanted to play Roblox with Phil (God knows why), but he was ignored mostly. I really don't get why people keep giving Phil money, when all he does is ignore you, shit all over you and toss you aside when you stop being useful. This has happened in the past, recently even over a fucking fake email. And the fact that Phil ignores you should speak volumes.

The whole stream was just basically the same as any other "marathon" stream. Half assed, no preparations made, clown mode and Phil being his usual self.

Now that is how you properly troll.

Also, Phil was super bitchy/salty because he lost progress is Super Mario World. All in all it was 2 whole levels, which took him 2 hours to complete again. He was bitching and moaning the entire time.

It was also his own fault, because he loaded a save state, rather than the actual save. When he loaded the save state, that state's save would then overwrite Phil's current save.

It's almost impressive how bad he is at games.
