A really cheap way to get rid of traffic jams is to remove both stop signs and traffic lights from your most troublesome intersections.

I could never make my cities nice looking. I would see some picture that mapped out San Fran & NYC to the scale. My cities always had the same boring straight lines. And modded buildings
