| MysteriousStan 01/28/18 3:48:33 AM #198 | I told myself at the beginning of the season that if I ended up with another season at the bottom of the standings that I wouldn't be back. Gave us a goal of achieving our first winning season and after starting 0-4 that didn't look likely. Despite not achieving the initial goal, I'm quite pleased to end up 8-8 after that terrible start. Goals for next season are similar to Ranlom's. Consistency will be key, not being able to put together a win streak greater than 2 really sunk us after that terrible start. That starts with finding a way to sign all the guys I traded for after taking a huge cap hit to acquire them all. Also, improving the rush defense. Toward the end of the season I just expected the opposing HB to rush for over 100 yards every time. That's ridiculous. I'm actually rather worried about the cap situation and how much of an issue it's gonna be. We'll see, I guess. Also, only 2 user teams from the AFC made the playoffs. We suck. |

There was some insane sexual tension between Bortles and the lady conducting the interview. It was really weird. It felt like the intro to a porno at some points. She did one with Tyler Seguin and she was basically begging him to fuck her and Seguin shot her down at every opportunity. It was hilarious. I've only seen that one and clips from this one but I imagine every one of these episodes is basically her just trying to jump their bones. |

Forget what the topic was for this particular film (maybe it was something simple like foreign film but I doubt it) but it was really good. Actually forgot what it was called until this topic popped up. Though I always knew I could find it again because it was mentioned in class that it was distributed by Tarantino's company and that's not something I'd forget! |

| MysteriousStan 12/27/17 7:28:08 PM #8 | So back when I was maybe 10 my younger brother was looking in the backyard at my grandma's and asked who were the dogs that were playing with my grandma's dog, Sasha. She was confused but there were in fact two extra dogs in the backyard that were clearly strays. So she takes out some food for them. One of the dogs was having none of it and bolted pretty much as soon as my grandma came out. After some time the other dog eventually started eating the food. My grandma decided to keep him (She had recently had to put down her other dog Max as well). We told her that she should name him Buddy after the Buddy in Air Bud since that dog had been a retriever and a stray as well. And that's how Buddy came to live with my grandma. He never quite broke his habit of running away but he always managed to find his way back on the times that he did get out. These will be my options for keepers next year. 1st Round: Devonta Freeman 2nd Round: AJ Green 3rd Round: Christian McCaffrey 4th Round: Dalvin Cook 5th Round: Tyreek Hill 6th Round: Emmanuel Sanders 7th Round: Marcus Mariota Everyone else is not eligible as they are no longer on my team. Pretty good that my first 7 picks made it through the entire year (Cook went to the IR slot). Mariota was a huge bust given some of the QBs that went after him though. Anywho, I get to pick two, and I've been leaning Cook and McCaffrey most of the year but I might take Hill instead of one of the RBs. |

Week 1 - 59.84 points (lowest in the league, only survived due to being on bye) Week 2 - 145.68 points (3rd highest score that week, got me to the championship) Week 3 - 53.90 points so far (2nd lowest in the league right now) My team is shitting the bed at the worst possible time. Like, I rarely scored lower than 90 points in the regular season and now I'm going to have my two lowest scores of the year during the playoffs. Beyond frustrating. Foles needs to have to top the game he had last week and Jesse James is gonna have to hold onto the ball this time to beat Bell and Jake Elliot with a 17 point lead. I'm not liking my chances. =/ |

All I needed was for my running backs to just have average games and this would be manageable. But Freeman, McCaffrey, and McKinnon can only combine for 17 points. Ridiculous. Down 23 points. Johnson (#2), McCoy (#3), and Julio (#4) owners all managed to qualify for the ACT (our punishment for coming in last place). McCoy owner ended up being the lucky loser but I think she had a much better team than anyone else in the bottom four, just got unlucky. Bell went #1 and is in the championship. Brown went #5 and I won that matchup last week. My starting lineup has 4 players I drafted too. Could be more but I'm not about to start Mariota against the Rams (whose Defense I'm playing) and besides, he's sucked all year. Lord Foles will deliver me a championship trophy Monday night! |

He would have lost to the highest scoring team in the league during the first week of the playoffs though even if he had made it. It's a tale of two extremes for us. On one side, we have the guy who drafted 1st overall (Bell) and me, who drafted 10th overall (Freeman) out of 12 playing for the championship. I'm not feeling overly confident, though my team has outperformed his a couple times the last few weeks so it's not impossible. Feel like I'm gonna regret not playing Mike Wallace this game...even though that would have meant sitting AJ Green in all likliehood. |
