No you are just scared an dont want to be alone it is understandable. Still she is not the best fall back as she doesnt care as much about you as you want her to deep down which is why you keep relapsing so much.

It is Understandable, but again you have to learn to snap yourself out of it as best you can. Like in the future every time this happens punch yourself in the balls ok maybe not that extreme a reaction but you have to find a way to remind yourself she=pain she isnt going to help only hurt you. I am not saying omg she is a threat just you need to learn she isnt an emotional support figure in your life anymore.

Deep Down you want that security you had before especially now in this scary time you want someone to support you and be there to tell you I am here for you everything is going to be ok. Bad news is you cant get that old security back, but you can work to find new security for the future. Heck if you have to I believe you can get strong enough to be your own security. Were you can say to yourself I know the world is a scary lonely place, butI am not afraid to face those terrors on my own and can overcome anything this crap show called life can throw at you.

Always remember you arent alone, and dont have to be alone as you have not only many friends here, but you can also make new connections in life that can be there for you aswell.

Its weird because days arent that rough anymore. That might change with ups and downs and all that but im fine with this and am excited for the summer - regardless if i can go out and date or if i have to stay home in some sort of quarentine

Most anyone can have those kinds of moments they dont call somethings emotional roller coasters for nothing as you see it is full of ups and downs, or highs and lows, or recovery and relapses.

You were emotionally tied to this person for a very long time so it is only natural that it is going to be a very long emotional roller coaster to the exit so you can find a new ride/thing to start. Thankfully you have more control of that current ride than anyone, and with a little support hopefully it can be a quick, and smooth ride. But again you are the one with the most control as it is your ride/mind so dont go letting it spiral out of control just take it one hill at a time and relax until this ride comes to a point you can move on to new and hopefully more enjoyable ride.

Sorry for the roller coaster symbolism, but I kind of just went with it I hope the idea of what I am trying to say is clear.

Also sorry cant help you on the getting laid thing, but that is why porn and masturbation exists, or hell fleshlights or whatever they are called.

Lets say she did so what? Seriously she left you worrying about what she may or may not have done wont change anything except make you go insane.

I hate to be harsh but she will be meeting new people and most likely will be sleeping with them that is usually how this works. I understand you still love her but instead of worrying what could have happened or getting upset on her possible sex life worry about your own life as she wants no part of it anymore sadly.

Love hurts all you can do now is let it make you hate her, or you can move on and hope that both of you find someone that can love you back as much or more than you love them.

You seem like a great person, but you are letting your emotions overwhelm you too easily. You made mistakes live and learn from them, but you are trying to dig your own hole to fall into. Instead of falling into that deep hole build yourself a bridge and get over it. If not you will just keep digging that hole deeper and deeper until you get to the bottom to find me waiting there at the bottom just so I can kick your ass out of it over and over until you move on!

Not to encourage the rumors but if you have any doubt about her possibly cheating get yourself tested for std's I mean just Incase as you dont want to find out later of dangerous surprises. Heck doing this before going back out into the dating world is a good idea just to have a base to check against later.

Went out with a couple friends who still live in my hometown last night. One of them decided to make drama and tell me about a rumor going around like 5 people that we are divorcing becuase she cheated on me (im pretty confident she didnt) -or- that i broke up with her because she did lots of drugs (she didnt).
Now I dont believe it because we dont even know these people that started these rumors in another town, but ive got this gross feeling today that i feel is a new feeling thatll be here for a while. It feels like a tumor.

Dont worry about rumors and such crap people will always find reasons to gossip. All you can do is trust yourself as you know the truth and not worry about anyone else.

Thanks everyone!
Ive been home for the past hour or so. Kind of coming down from the week and dealing with some rough feels.
My wife stayed at the house while i was gone and did some "de-cluttering". The big one was take the pictures and magnets off the fridge... doesnt sound like it would be a big deal but its one of the things that makes this feel like less of a home now.
Also she sent a couple of messages letting me know about things but theres just such an indifference in the way we interact now that just fucking hurts...
But again, its most likely the crash from being around so many people to now being at home with the cats.

Go buy some new magnets and photos maybe from your cruise. Don't regret/dwell on the past keep moving forward and make everyday a new experience.

I had a nice weekend, spent the night at my bud's house on Saturday - just sat around, watched the NHL all star game and had some laughs.
I bought some shoes today in anticipation of the cruise. 5 days till the flight and 6 days till im on board.
Not fully expecting that ill hook up with someone but i bought some domes just in case.

Only six days so where is my ticket? You were taking me with you right?

It depends. Some newer woks have flat bottoms that will sit on any stove, but I don't know anything about their quality. A traditional round-bottomed wok will need a ring adapter in order to sit on a typical gas stove. These are easy to get, though (if your stove did not come with one). The wok itself may come with one (ours did).

Interesting I will see if I can find one with an adapter.

Its super easy, they are kind of expensive but you buy one and it lasts forever. You just throw stuff in it, start with some oil, onion, garlic - i added brocolli, cauliflower, carrot, musheooms, sometimes add some sauces or a bit of water and boil it off. I cooked up some rice in my instant pot, some ground beef in a separate pan, then added them both to the wok, then mixed it all up.

Sounds really good. Will a normal gas stove work or do you need one of those adapters to hold the wok?
