I was thinking this might be the case but wondered when Leg 11 had an NEL. Then I remembered the twist in 25/26.

There were plenty of Leg 11 NELs. Some of the early 12 leg seasons had it, and season 5's final NEL was leg 11.

Leg 2 is the only leg that hasn't had a non-elimination leg, barring legs that have only had the final leg.

They handled something similar in TAR Asia 1 a lot better.

They had to dig in the sand to find something, and a lot of the teams decided to just quit and take the penalty. However, the penalty was given at the pit stop, and the next task couldn't be done until the next morning, so the teams who quit were actually at a disadvantage.

I really don't understand why you guys keep watching the show. Every season it seems like the worst people in the game get together and vote out anyone remotely likable. I feel like you've said that exact thing before but with different names.

If you're using OBS, there's a start recording button right below the start streaming button. If you click that, it records a video at wherever you set your recording path. Twitch will save your VoDs for two weeks, then delete them, though I think you have set set a save recording function somewhere in your Twitch settings.

They do, but all the palm tree bugs show up from 5 PM to 8 AM. I guess you could do it for the scarab beetle and giant stag if you don't want to stay up late, but those two are the only rare ones where I think that would help.

Yeah, also if the viewer has Twitch Turbo, and I think it's also the case if they're subscribed. So basically anyone who doesn't get an ad still sees whatever you're doing during the ad.

Lena is the first unit you get who can use the most overpowered warp staff in the series. Plus she has exclusive use over Hammerne. Either her or Safy is the best earlygame healer, but does it really matter which is better when they''re basically the same unit?

Colm gets you an energy ring, and a speedwings in Ephraim's route. That's about it for stealables that are actually worth it in FE8. Still, those two items are enough to give him a 5/10.

Lethe is great in FE9 because of her great stats and early join time, plus she has a good transformation bar. Unfortunately, they nerfed her pretty hard in FE10, with cats having the worst transformation bar, and her stats not being as great. Yeah, there's olivi grass, but you're better off using that on the hawks, or even Ranulf.

Tharja has the benefit of being a dark mage and having easy access to dark mage abilities and nosferatu. Gave her a higher score than Henry because she joins earlier.

Ryoma has 1-2 range and the ability to double, which is rare outside of mages and ninjas in Fates. Unlike Xander, he actually has a speed stat that can take advantage of that. His durability is a little suspect, but he's still great overall.

Ares is a mounted holy weapon user, which is the best thing you can be in FE4. Mystletainn is a nice weapon, giving +10 to res and +20 to skill, plus the critical skill. The skill pairs nicely with critical, while the res boost plus Ares's highest non-holy blood boosted res growth makes him pretty good against mages. His biggest problem is that he's a little on the frail side physically when he joins, but he can snowball quickly and become one of the best guys in your army.

Rebecca has bad bases and growths, and is in one of the worst classes in FE7. I don't know why they thought she was okay, and they even thought she was good enough that Neimi could have the same bases except for +1 res.

Genny is the main healer in Celica's route, and her summons are pretty useful as bait. Pretty solid all around.

Ferdinand has the great Swift Strikes and crest of Cichol combo, and while he's not as good at it as Seteth is, he's around a lot more than Seteth is. Even before he gets that, he's a pretty solid combat unit.

Leif has one of the best promotions in the series, only contested by Lachesis's promotion into the same class. He goes from a sword-locked foot unit to a mounted unit who can use nearly every non-holy weapon in the game. If that wasn't enough, he gets some really good stat boosts from it, plus the always valuable pursuit skill. He's the only mounted unit who can use Rescue (not even Claude!Fee or Claude!Nanna can use it), and is just a really strong combat unit all around, being one of the few non-holy weapon users who can hang with the deadlords. I have to ding him a bit because he's fairly weak when he joins, but he pretty much has all of the Manster enemies to himself, and Finn is good at setting up kills for him, so it's not the worst start ever.

Nanna is a mounted staff user in FE4. That's all she needs to be good.

Soren gets saved a little bit if he has transfers from FE9, but he's still hurt by the fact that mages are awful in FE10. He can help out in Part 3, and even early part 4 before his speed cap becomes a liability, but that's too much to overlook in the endgame.

Astrid is so bad in FE10 that not even paragon can save her. Just take it off her and give it to someone good.

I never played FE12, so I can't comment on Marth and Caeda.

The only other person who can use the hatchet before chapter 10 is Garcia (or one of the cavs if you make them a Great Knight, but why would you do that?), and he has weapon triangle over most of the enemies before then, plus a solid skill base and high con, so he's better off with hand axes. Likewise, most of the earlygame enemies being either lance users or monsters (or both) means that it isn't that hard to get Ross off the ground, especially with his increased experience gain.

Ayra's an interesting one. Her combat is utterly insane, with Astra, pursuit, and adept. However, she's in a game with huge maps and she doesn't have a mount, so she'll always be lagging behind. So even though she's a great combat unit, the most you'll get out of it is one of the few gen 1 units who can consistently clear the arena. Ayra and her daughter are the only female myrms who actually live up to the hype, and even then they're not that great because of the game they're in.

Sue joins underleveled with bad bases, and she's bowlocked until promotion. Shin pretty much eclipses her, especially on hard mode. And you don't want to use them both because then you go to Sacae, and Sacae sucks.

Ross is the one trainee who is actually usable without massive grinding due to his early join. Even so, he doesn't turn out that much better than the rest of your units, due to his low growths. Garm can fix his low speed, and his strength will usually be great. It's just a matter if he's worth the investment over some of your other units.

Henry is basically a slower, tankier Tharja. That's not really the worst thing when Nosferatu is so good in Awakening. His late join time hurts, but he can still contribute a bit.

Xander's great. Only reason he doesn't get a 10 is for his somewhat low availability. Having one of the few good 1-2 range options in Fates is great. His biggest problem is his lowish speed, but you can somewhat fix that with pairups.

Leon is the only archer on Celica's route (unless you meme and make Atlas one) in a game where bows are really good.

Leif isn't that great, but I have to give him a huge boost for being one of the best guys you have in Manster. He's the only guy with 1-2 range until Fergus gets B swords (or you recruit Asbel, but Fergus really should've ranked up by then). Afterwards, he's basically just support, giving support bonuses to like half the army, plus you can give him Pan's King Sword to give him Charm.

Florina's great. She would be a 9, but I docked her a point for being much worse without Lyn mode.

Micaiah has the disadvantage of being a mage in the game where mages are at their worst. She gets a 5 for staff utility and sacrifice, which is enough to put her below Roy for worst lord in the series.

Mercedes has a fairly good white magic learnset, plus live to serve gives her a bit more ability to do stuff on enemy phase than your normal healer. An altogether solid unit.
