Uber drivers are not employees (officially), so they cannot be fired. Uber could refuse to send them any more business through the app, but then it's starting to look a lot like an employer-employee relationship if they are policing this kind of thing - and Uber's foremost priority is to maintain their stance that their drivers are not employees.

Kim Davis can't be fired because she's an elected official. She can only be removed by losing an election or through impeachment.

This is interesting because I've seen instances of Uber especially doing things like this with regards to twitch streamers.

I get where he's coming from, he's just taking it two levels too far.Patriotism, begets nationalism, begets racist rhetoric, begets ethnic cleansing. MAGA is at worst at the nationalist>racist rhetoric area, and there's a pretty vast chasm between all the people that voted for Trump as you can see from the interviews with people, just because an amount of them were clearly racist scum, doesn't mean they all are.

You can't paint with such broad brush strokes when you're fighting for equality, you have to treat everyone as an individual, otherwise you're almost as the garbage as those you oppose... and the only reason you're better than them is because you don't have a history of said oppression and villainy (communism not withstanding).

It's just more polarisation ontop of more polarisation that shits on everything, and worse as you said it's exactly what the people who do believe in those barbaric ideologies want, because the more fragmented, angry and isolated people become, the easier they are to pick off. You should know that much from your history lessons.
