You can't always get your kids to listen, and they're well aware of the fact there's nothing you can do about it, so sometimes they just act up. Definitely still your responsibility to control them, but if you want to get stuff done sometimes you just have to minimise the damage and proceed as quickly as possible.

Dad should've apologised, old lady should've then stfu and let him get outta there as quickly as possible.

Ohhhh it's size thing. Monsters can have variations, and their strengths increase. Some are specific mission enemies whilst others are just chance encounters. Silver Crown and Gold Crown.

Never encountered crowns before but I'm assuming it will be either quick kills/TA's for species, fully researching monsters, or simply killing them in a certain way.

I'm totally fine with people calling Die Hard a Christmas movie or even saying it's their favorite. That said, it's one of those "Christmas movies" that I wouldn't necessarily limit to just watching in the six weeks between Thanksgiving and Christmas. The Nightmare Before Christmas and Home Alone 1 and 2 are the others.

This pretty much, I think of it as a Christmas film personally but don't expect others to.

Everytime I beat Enter the Gungeon... I'd say beating Battletoads but if I'm honest that was just an effort in frustation I was happy to see the back of rather than excited to achieve.
