At this point the Xbox is just a cheap PC. It really doesn't have any stand out games you can't play elsewhere. It doesn't help that it's been hard to get one as well.

It wasn't that bad. It could use a QOL update. I'd like to have seen a pause screen. I'd also like to be able to use weapons for more than one hit. The biggest "pro" to this game is the destruction of racial barriers. The black character is very strong but can't jump as high as the white character. To me, this game is a great reflection of western society. It's very expensive to play and by the time you're done it feels like you just started. The weapons break in 1 hit which parallels modern devices that we commonly use like cell phones and egg beaters and all the enemies are generic white people with generic sounding names. Which absolutely reflects the systemic racism found within our society. Perhaps the greatest aspect of this game is the subtext to it. As mentioned before, the black character is more powerful which expresses to us that black voices are the strongest voices against systemic oppression. Meanwhile, the white character jumps higher which is an analogy for white voices being valued more in society, even when it comes to black issues.

This. I considered it slightly expensive entertainment and had some fun with it. I didn't spend more than I could afford like some people, though. Even if you bought in at $300 if you didn't hold too long you could have made some cash. The high was $483.

Domino's or Papa John's. Little Ceasars has good gimmick pizzas too, but their regular stuff is trash. Pizza Hut hasn't been good in about a decade or more. I remember it being much better when I was younger.

I grew up with the English VA, but I was never a hardcore fan or anything. I prefer the Japanese Goku these days, but I generally prefer sub over dub anyway.

As long as you don't buy from GOG or Steam, yes.

Steam version has a patch I think. Buy from Humble Bundle to just get the uncensored version straight up.

First game has a patch unless they changed that, but the second game does not if you buy from Steam. You can choose to censor it in the options, though.

I figured there'd be no justice for this poor guy, but now I'm curious.

By all accounts, the trial was a travesty. The local U.S. Attorney charged with handling the case failed to interview anyone except the bus driver, a decision that Waring, a civil rights proponent, believed was a gross dereliction of duty. Waring later wrote of being disgusted at the way the case was handled at the local level, commenting, "I was shocked by the hypocrisy of my government ...in submitting that disgraceful case".[13]
The defense did not perform better. When the defense attorney began to shout racial epithets at Woodard, Waring stopped him immediately. During the trial, the defense attorney stated to the all-white jury that "if you rule against Shull, then let this South Carolina secede again."[14] (Due to disfranchisement of blacks in the South, they were also excluded from juries.) After Woodard gave his account of the events, Shull firmly denied it. He claimed that Woodard had threatened him with a gun and that Shull had used his nightclub in self-defense. During this testimony, Shull admitted that he repeatedly struck Woodard in the eyes.
On November 5, after 30 minutes of deliberation (15 according to at least one news report[4]), the jury found Shull not guilty on all charges, despite his admission that he had blinded Woodard. The courtroom broke into applause upon hearing the verdict.[13] The failure to convict Shull was perceived as a political failure by the Truman administration. Shull was never punished, dying in Batesburg on December 27, 1997, at age 95.
