| MabinogiFan 02/19/18 2:07:15 PM #1 | For instance, Secret of Mana (the original, not the remake) has pretty much no tutorials, to my knowledge. You're supposed to rely on the manual to learn exactly how the game works, and boy, is the manual comprehensive. It tells you everything you need to know to start the game. It explains the controls, how to perform charged attacks, a list of spells and how to perform magic, and even a list of items. The item list in particular is huge to me because in the game, you don't know what an item does until you buy it. Some may like to learn all this stuff blind, and I can respect that, but in my case, learning the ins-and-outs of a game makes me appreciate it much more. |

| MabinogiFan 12/10/17 6:43:52 PM #1 | I think the idea sounds pretty cool. It gives people a monetary incentive to write FAQs and can reduce the wait time for in-depth FAQs to be released. Whether or not this system has been working for GameFaqs however is something I'm not sure of. |

If it was professionally-made like some eSports programs I think that'd be cool. Does something like that exist, or is Yu-Gi-Oh no longer popular enough to justify its existence? |

| MabinogiFan 12/04/17 10:33:32 PM #1 | By "non-open-world" I mean that the game has a linear narrative, similar to many JRPGs such as Persona, but the game takes a long time to beat, say 40+ hours. And it doesn't give you the same freedom as an open-world game like Skyrim or Fallout or The Witcher. Are there any games like that made by western devs? |

I know that the first three seasons are the show's best, but there's literally 7 more seasons of content to pull from. Try to vary it up a bit, you know? That's my random ramble for the day. |
